I tried to order 5 times. First time I was put on hold for 16 minutes. Next four spaced out calls, no answer whatsoever. You'd get better customer service at a traphouse. Horribly ran business. Eating there is waaaay worse.
The food is very good and portions are huge. Things can be a bit pricey but they're all very worth it.
Went today, sat outside and it was great. Quick and friendly service, great food and prices.
Terrible service! We were seated & not one server acknowledged our presence for at least 15 min. Finally one server looked at us & said she'd be right back. She disappeared. Then a while later another server came & asked what we'd like to drink. The water & pop came out in about 5 min. At least 10 min later our 2 beers were still missing...along with the original server who said she'd be right back. Keep in mind she did reappear to take care of other tables. After about 30 min we ended up leaving without ever getting our beers or any service at all. Horrible.
The food was great and the staff were all super friendly. But there was a strange cleaning supplies smell that knocked one star off my review. It's a dumb thing to complain about, it was very clean, but it was a strong odor.
I had the Buffalo Mac n cheese, it was delicious! I had the whole and it was Hugh! I ate it for like three days. Fries were good too!

Ordered the Royal Sub and it was awful. The sausage was loaded with chunks of fat and it was very spicy. If a menu item is unusually spicy it should be advertised as spicy. I could not finish it due to the spice. I mentioned it to the waitress and she said that’s how all Italian sausage is made. Not true! Poor quality!
To me, a very underrated place. They have an expansive menu and great drunk options. A rarity in Buffalo: stuffed pepper soup (?) and hog wings. Great Mac and cheese as well. Just so many great menu choices, you could come here once a week and never run out of choices!
Had a great lunch this afternoon at Mooney's. The portions were huge - the food was delicious. Big menu with many choices.
