I'm only happy when the owner is there. He gets it right. Unfortunately I spend $29 on subs and again they were wrong. No mayo/oil with hard chunks of chicken In my steak sub. I threw it out. No tomato and no cheese on the cheeseburger sub. She ate it. I felt like I was eating scraps and it caused bad thought so after 2 bites I was done.The staff last night was nice but couldn't get it right. I stressed over & over to the girl how I needed the subs then some guy walked in & she turned it over to him. I knew it would be wrong but I didn't know I would get dry hard chicken chunks.I'm very unhappy with this place and we won't be back. Everything from the outside & inside door handles are grossly dirty and look at the floor. I'm done. There's cleaner better places to eat that get it right. I'm sure this will be hidden from the owner so I'll be sure to show him myself.Chow!
For years you guys have have been my go-to pizza place. But Sat 4/23/22 you have lost a good customer. I placed an order at 6:30pm. Being a Sat. it was no surprise to wait 45 mins. However after arriving on time for a pick up I still I did not discover that it was completely burned until I got home. How could this pie even remotely be considered eatable? Upon calling I was told to bring it back and the man on the phone would "personally make it himself". I was NOT offered any additional compensation for my inconvenience, time or gas - let alone an apology. By now it's after 8pm - the new pizza was ready for pick up. When I entered a gentleman unaware of my problem was shocked that this item had left the store ! A woman ushered over a replacement saying "you're all set" I examined the Pizza and found it not to be burned and learned how busy it had been all day; and she specifically cleaned the oven before this pie. I asked if there was anything else - waiting for a voucher to come back in the future. Perhaps a free dessert: to sweeten the bad taste I had experienced. But none was given. It is unfortunate that you are understaffed and continue to hire more people. Try to train these new people to provide customer satisfaction, otherwise you won't need to advertise extra help because your business will not survive with this terrible service and unacceptable product.
The sweet sauce is different than any pizza in Buffalo. Give it a try!
Wish I could give you guys a 0 star review. I ordered a sweet sauce pizza with light cheese and was given a traditional sauce pizza with extra cheese. They closed early so when I called back they didn’t answer… called me back the next day and was told the “owner” said he could give me $5 back.. after I spent $17, that’s less than 1/3rd of what I spent. I declined, now you’re going to lose far more than $5 you’re going to lose the $100s of dollars I spend there yearly, learn how to make food correctly the way it’s ordered and you won’t have this issue.
I buy all our subs there which are usually terrific however tonight's fish fry was the worst I've ever had, so hard yes I could pick it up and hold it wouldn't bend I had.to use steak knife to cut it.I called and told the manage and he was very rude. Kept saying we cook all the same way andAmount of time.I told him not ordering from there .four stars for the past.until now.Anymore. No apology from him.
Best pizza in the area. It may not be the flashiest place, but their dough is always the perfect texture and their semi-sweet sauce is perfect.

My parents ordered pizza and wings last night (asked for pizza well done) and the cheese was literally not even cooked. They had to put it in the oven and it was still terrible. Would not order from here again.
Sauce had a sweet taste and was delicious. Wings were tasty and big . I recommend it highly.
