Only reason I'm giving it as high as a 3 star is the food. The good was as usual good. But the staff was very very overwhelmed. I think only two people were working and they were behind busy.
Waited over a hour after I called and placed order for a “hot n ready” Staff showed no sense of urgency.
not a good place to go. the pizzas are not hot and ready and the lady is high on something needs better management. the place is not so clean.
Generally this location is pretty good. However, sometimes I just want to walk in and pick up a pizza ... takes forever these days unless you place an order ahead of time.
This place pretty much sucks. Doesn't matter what you ordered or when you ordered it, you're guaranteed to wait for it when you show up. If you're attempting to use pizza portal, don't pay attention to the pick-up time the app or website gives you. Your clock starts the second you show up on time to pick your order up. Just go ahead and save yourself some time by flagging a staff member down to put your order in verbally since no one pays attention to online orders.
I ordered the garlic Parmesan wings , worst customer service, the workers there are not friendly. And my wings were undercooked still cold and drenched in the sauce. Disgusting.
Overall very crowded location with bad customer service. At least one item is always messed up from the order. Definitely needs new management, workers, and and update on the store itself .
Unlike allot of other locations I've been to this one actually has your food hot & ready upon order. Clean and Courteous employees with masks! Ordering online and picking up is recommended .. This place gets really busy.
Had to wait a little longer than predicted (30 mins). Food came hot and desirable cooked. Stuffed crust pepperoni with half sausage was VERY greasy. Good price. Kind staff. Some employees weren't wearing masks properly. There is a mask mandate.
Everything was delicious. However Im giving 4 stars because although I ordered for delivery (I cant drive) they forgot the cookie dough brownie i paid for.. Quite upset as I was very excited to try it but at least everything was still warm and tasted good.
