They do have good food but my favorite thing about coming here its the only place I can get the sweet lighting mountain dew. It's great if you like peach flavor and mountain dew. Food wise good chicken love the biscuits but I normally get the chicken potpie.
I got the worst experience ever after my delivery order came my wings were not in the package. Chicken had an uncooked or rotten area on it,,,,, I called the tonawanda kfc for my wings they said come and get them uhmmmm i ate some of the chicken and been throwing up since afternoon im totally sick,,, I wouldn’t emphasize anyone to go to kfc it’s terrible
I ordered a number two. A number two says a leg and thigh. I received a breast and wing. So of course I’m disappointed because I don’t like wings and I don’t like chicken breasts that’s why I ordered a number two. They were way too fast through the drive-through.
I just went thru the drive thru and ordered 3piece dark meat preferably 2 thighs & leg. The girl never asked if I wanted reg or crispy just if I wanted the meal, which I said no because I didn't need the drink. This came to $8.69 I was in a hurry so I didn't check what I received till I got home. I never got a receipt with my change (I figured it was in bag. It was not)What I got was 2 legs & the smallest thigh I've ever gotten. All of which was burned to the point of being so rubbery, I cannot even eat this. I will return this mess tomorrow when I have more time. Extremely disappointed and very irritated because now I don't have the time to even get something else to eat or return this mess.This is the reason I stopped purchasing for the longest time. Maybe I'll try a different location.Be careful too check your orders before you leave this location.
Maybe my timing was off or something but I originally intended on dining in and found the doors to be locked and noticed their sign said KFC drive thru so thought ohh maybe its drive thru only even though I clearly saw tables inside, so the car in front of me proceeds to order and go through and I waited well over 5 minutes at the speaker without being spoken to at all , being as patient and polite as possible asking if anyone was there, so proceeded to pull away to see the car behind me helped immediately. Could have been an off day but my experience was extremely unpleasant.
Disappointing lunch from KFC on Young St. in Tonawanda Monday. Ordered 4 of the The #15 [Two Regular, Two Extra-Crispy] for $6.19 per box. ((up form $5.00)) These came with NO Biscuit. Also No cookie as pictured and advertised. -- Price has gone way up...no longer offered cookies and "forgot" 4 biscuits. -- Called later to follow-up. Manager refused to give his name and employee who filled our order "Forgot" our biscuits and "Forgot" to give as receipt. For the new *higher* prices and the poor service, I cannot recommend this location. No desire to please customers. They hung up the phone on me as well :(
This place is garbage! They charged me for 5 biscuits this is what we received. Ordered large mash potato did not give the gravy. Called to speak with management they said to call back . Now they take phone off the hook. Completely ran by incompetent staff.
Went here to pick up 2 Uber Eats orders. They didn't have the orders labled. I asked them to label them so I could know which order went to the right customer. They literally refused so i couldn't complete my deliveries . So because of their laziness and incompetence my time was wasted and i couldn't do my job. Hope tge owner fires or at least demotes the manager for being so lazy and unprofessional.
There was a strong odor of urine in the place then my boyfriend used the restroom came out like he was sick he said the sewage was backed up told the employee and she seamed to get a little angry and said it's been like that and walked away then ice machine did not work and came home with no coleslaw again. The place was so dirty I don't get how it does not get called to board of health. Never again
This is supposed to be my 3pc chicken big box meal, what a joke, not even a breast and a biscuit that seems like it's 3 days old!!! What a disappointment and rip off!!!! This meal should cost $4.00
