We have ordered from Joes before so when we called on Sunday 6/12/22 we werent expecting any issue. Ordered on the app for delivery and we forgot one item so my husband called them to see if it could be tacked on to our already placed order. The first girl got flustered and didnt know how to add on to an order and demanded we just go back to the app. My husband said we are already on the phone, cant you help? She could not and instead started swearing and hung up. We called back, some guy with very poor English answered and treated him just as pleasantly as the other worker so my husband hung up. Literally got a text immediately after saying there was an emergency and they had to cancel the order. I was glad, I did not want the food at that point anyway. Rude, absolute trash treatment of customers, will never go back and will absolutely not recommend them ever.
Terrible customer service. They messed up my order and when I called to ask them for a resolution, the owner said “I saw that they messed it up and asked them to make a new one. I guess they didn’t.” He chuckled and then said “it’s just so crazy tonight.” He then told me that to provide me a refund, they would send someone to pick up the wrong pizza. What the hell would they do with the wrong pizza? Probably sell it as slices… not knowing who touched it or where it had been. I guess that would be a good warning…. Don’t buy slices from them! Who knows where that pizza has been!
I called them up and today her how they served us RAW chicken and she put me on hold...then I got a chance to tell her how they served my PREGNANT wife this RAW CHICKEN, which she unknowingly ate three pieces, and then the lady hung up on me!!! That is when the wife and I showed up to confront them and to show them the chicken. She gave us an attitude and made placed the blame on the doordash delivery for it being raw. That was extremely immature and pathetic to pass the blame to everyone else and the whole time they never once showed an remorse or even a sense of them learning from their own mistakes. We informed the local health inspector to show them the chicken and even they were amazed at how raw it was. Even more upsetting was that it happened to a pregnant woman and a customer that used to be very supportive of this location. No longer will we ever order from here or refer others to here again. Shame on them. Avoid this place like the plague because if they cant cook chicken, then they probably arent keeping up with covid codes.
I think the pizza is great but the last time I went in for a slice I saw one of the employees mixing mozzarella cheese in a bucket with his bare hands. Was just surprised that he wasn't wearing gloves.
can i just say YUM!!! Ordered Lasagna yesterday for a solid price HUGE portion. and omg best Lasagna i ever had yummmmm
VERY disappointed on our order tonight. Ordered 20 chicken fingers. 10 medium which came with BARELY any sauce on them. Couldn't even tell there was any hot sauce on them at all. Then 10 BBQ. The BBQ, whoever made them literally poured, IF, a blue cheese cup size amount of BBQ sauce over the top of the fingers. I will never waste my money here again!
Delicious food reasonable prices. Service is sometimes better than others but worth it.
First off, as a long time baker I know Americans often don't understand that we are the ones who invented "Wonder Bread", the white,under baked mushy, paste like bread that SUCKS ! Real bread is Much darker & yet chewy inside with real yeast flavor like Joe's pizza !BEST Pizza I have found near or on Grand Island...the dough & sauce along with the best cheese is simply delicious.Everything is Great !!!& The pepperoni isn't Margarita but whatever kind it is is tastes good on the Pizza... Hurray for Joe's NY style Pizza
