Ordered a pizza and other food. Showed up at the scheduled time. Food was ready. The pizza was not ready, in fact when we arrived we were old "We just now put your pizza in". Pizza was sloppy and thrown together in a hurry, some pieces had a little cheese, other pieces had more cheese. I'm imagining they realized they forgot to prep it and when I showed up they threw it together in a hurry and rushed the cooking. Maybe under cooked too.
Not going to lie, you will pay a bit more for this than other places. But I will gladly pay the little extra for their food. I tried their Beer Battered Buffalo Sauce Shrimp Meal, and it was one of the best things I have tasted in a long time. The pizza was perfectly cooked and so were the wings. It goes with the old adage, you get what you pay for. So worth it. It took less than an hour to get my food and the delivery service is good. I will be ordering from them again when it comes time.
So, placed an order for 6:30. Walked in at 6:25 and was told my order needed a few more minutes. They handed me my order at…6:30! Actually checked my watch. Come on!!! And everything was exactly as ordered.Also, it deserves mention that in the world of skyrocketing pizza and wing prices Franco’s has managed to at least stay reasonably priced.
I ordered a Royal sub like always and also a turkey sub for my wife. These subs have so much meat it takes us 2 days to eat them. I can't wait to order them again. The only problem I had was with the hot barbecue wings. They had little or no sauce on them. That is a first but for $2 a wing it was very disappointing.
I found A HAIR in my salad! Absolutely disgusting. Had to throw the entire thing away.
Sandwich was terrible. Ordered a Stinger, with bleu cheese, toasted. Sandwich came with almost no bleu cheese, was not toasted and had 2 (yes, only 2) of the smallest chicken fingers I've ever seen. Not even 5 dollars worth of food, let alone 15. Complete rip-off. Stick to making pizza Franco, your sandwiches are trash.

We have used Franco's for many years because we love their food however, I was greatly disappointed yesterday when I ordered their tuna salad and a chicken quesadilla which we have ordered before with no problem. This time both food products were terrible. The quesadilla actually tasted like chemicals and the tuna salad was either old or they are now buying some off brand but it was awful. I didn't bother to call the manager about it because we were just too disgusted and threw it all out. Hopefully Franco's isn't going downhill especially after being so consistent all these years but I gotta say, that food really turned us off yesterday so I highly doubt we will ever order from them again.
@Francos_Pizza has never been such a disappointment before today. After waiting over 45 mins for my order, i get back home with the wrong order. I called back and told them that my order is wrong and would like to change my order. It was very okay for Vicky to have me drive 15 mins in and out twice but was very wrong of me to ask to change the order. As a regular, I am very upset about this whole thing!
