Staff is always friendly and restaurant is very clean, bright, and we'll maintained. I use the phone app to order ahead and my orders have been ready everytime while still fresh, so I know it wasn't sitting there. They actually pay attention to the pickup time.
Dunkin' donuts in New York isn't all that it's cracked up to be they should stick with Tim Hortons
This location has got so much better since their remodel. Staff is friendlier and a lot faster
Too 'new' ? dysfunctional...staff didn't seem to be engaged with the customer - could NOT understand order taker, hence screwed up the order. Coffee was lousy. Very disappointed. Will not go back to this location
My favorite drinks, got expensive but worth it service has improved
Wildly inconsistent with the quality of my drinks. It's always a roll of the dice whether my order will be correct, but sadly it's the closest and most convenient location for me.
The food was very good
My favorite place to get coffee. Tastes better than Tim Hortons which is watered down, and isn't so strong that you can't drink it like Starbucks
Ran out of creamer so I decided to grab a coffee, after a near 15 minutes in line drove off to get creamer and made coffee myself at home. One of of the not the slowest drive thru I've visited lately.
You can order the same thing ten times, and it's different every time!
