Absolutely suckish they forget items on online orders purposely you will never see a dollar of my money again

The wok here is absolutely divine and my mother contracted a rare disease called Fortnite. It was simply a wonderful ? experience ? and my companion Chan had a fun time with the kids ?
A few day’s ago I ordered sweet and sour chicken combo’s. Along with fried dumplings and low mien. The food has changed. Over cooked. Smokey flavor. Definitely not the same food over the last five years. Even new workers Bring back the old food please.
Oh my god its been a while since I ordered from them want to say 5 months, and up till today there food was great.But it's a no go for this place for me for now on. I ordered boneless spare ribs w/ pork fried rice. Was terrible ribs was dry as hell and the rice, the pork in the rice smelled just terrible.This was so disappointing to me for the money I paid and just knowing a few months ago there food was fantastic.?????
This was my favorite Chinese restaurant in all Buffalo but I bought food yesterday and notice it was different and they told the previous owner retired (the one who cook amazingly) now first the prices now are higher, my favorite thing was the chicken wings now when you bite them the grease drips down your face, the previous owner make the rice light yellow like saffron color and well done now is dark can tell they added too much soy sauce, you can see the difference the previous owner was so much better now I have to find a new good Chinese restaurant were they make good food not to greasy and with flavor. I won't eat from them again
Foods ok. Needs more flavor plus they don't have bone in Ribs. ?
Ordered a chicken with garlic sauce lunch special with no vegetables. Came with veggies anyway. I don't even know if the sauce is right since on the menu it says its spicy and this was not even remotely spicy and only had a hint of garlic. Egg role was fine, but I've had better.Overall more expensive and not as good as other Chinese take outs nearby.
Probably the best I've ever had. Hot and fresh. Delicious. Very reasonably priced for the quality and amount of food.
This has been our go to place for over 15 years. Always great food, great service and very fast. Couldn't recommend enough!!
