They will often give you old food that should have been thrown away so if you can handle that then dine your heart away
Food was good when I FINALLY got some. I ordered an Impossible Whopper meal. It took approximately 10 minutes for me to receive my meal while the drive thru orders and 2 counter orders AFTER mine were filled.I estimate the time as I did not watch the clock. The gentleman who’d been in line ahead of me, received his meal, had eaten it and left about 3 minutes before I even received my meal. In this day and age that’s unheard of at a “fast” food establishment.It baffles me a bit as to why it took so long. Even if they have the Impossible patties frozen, a 2-3 minute trip to the microwave should heat them enough to be served.On top of the wait, that expediter didn’t apologize for the wait, and when I mentioned that I was still waiting, she told me in a slightly surly tone that they had to make it. Unbelievable lack of customer service. No offer to comp anything, no apology, nothing.I used to frequent this location, but after this treatment, I’ll look elsewhere.Very disappointed
This place always forgets something or screws up the order. And they ALWAYS pull multiple orders when they're not supposed to be doing that just go get drive through times for bonus checks.
Got food from here at 7ish these children were literally on their phones posting on tiktok instead of working. So much to the point where they failed to realize they sold two uncooked pink burgers. Love this location but these kids need to take a job more seriously ppl can get sick.
Burger King should be hiring more people. They are always slow and shorthanded in workers. I had an interview there and they never called me back. I don't know anymore.
The cashier Debbie gave me cheeseburgers I ordered just hamburgers I ordered the 5.00 db Jr Whopper lettuce was brown and the mayo was everywhere and the nuggets were hard like a rock won't be going to Delaware Street burger king for a long time

Overall good experience. Ordered chicken nuggets and cheeseburgers. Got the order right (hurray!!). Only complaint was that when you look at the menu, first glance makes the cheeseburgers looks like they're between $4 to $5 each (entree menu) as opposed to the actuality where you can get the smaller kid sized burgers and whatnot for only $1 to $2 when the menu rotates. Which that was clearer and on just one screen.
I do not eat fast food often..but when I do its because I felt like being lazy. I left my purse at home and just brought 2 gift cards that my kids got for Christmas..Shyrel the manager on duty seemed to have complete control of her team. I went through the drive thru at dinner time and there was a line and a wait. I expected to see chaos...everyone was friendly and working extremely hard!! The front line looked clean which is difficult during a rush!!She extended a courtesy for no reason at all and made my day. I was a few dollars short due to leaving my purse at home and she took care of me. That has never happened before and I am so gracious for her kindness!! ❤️ Thank you!!
The staff were rude, hash browns were not cooked all the way through, the parking lot is in horrible condition, the outside looks like a trash dump. I won't be returning.
