We are from out of town so we were looking for a good place to eat. We decided to stop in (so glad we did) . We had a server by the name of JJ. He was very upbeat and and very attentive to our needs he was amazing! I definitely would return just for him! This young man deserves a shout out! It was awesome to see someone enjoy their job as much as he does! Wtg Buffalo Wild Wings for having him on your staff!
The people up front were rude… and honestly shouldn’t be in a customer service position. It’s a terrible job, but the girl answering the phones and the front manager were really dismissive. They couldn’t make eye contact, walked away from me when I inquired about a reservation, and overall had abhorrent soft skills. Having worked in a retail job… I know how terrible it can be… but holy moly… it was terrible customer service.That being said, the waitress we had was amazing. She’s the reason Buffalo Wild Wings still gets business and should honestly be given a higher wage. She had the patience of a saint. She really tried her best while there were only two waitresses working… while the other two up front weren’t even seen the entire night. Overall, whoever served us on May 21st for a party of 12 is a rockstar and deserves better!
I asked to purchase a fountain soda to go. They said ok it would be a 20 oz size. I said no problem. What I received is a 10 maybe 12 oz cup of soda. The water bottle is a 23 oz so you can see my confusion. I think someone might need a little more training ?
I ordered for house sampler and two extra sauce servings which i paid for.When I went there for picking up, i asked whether they put the sauces in the bag or not..They said yes they put it. But when i came home it was missing. Even the sampler had sauces missing. And the nachos were soggy and the onion rings and mozzarella sticks were cold. My worst experience in Buffalo Wild Wings.
We've ordered here multiple times and while I think the food is great, the issues we've had with slow service and items through delivery services being wrong all the time is enough for us to avoid going here again.We've had occasions where we've waited over an hour for our food to get cooked when the restaurant is empty. We've had pieces of our order come out at different times, to the point where I ordered fries and wings, was given my fries early, others were given their entire entrees and I was given my wings after everyone was already done eating.Multiple times we've had food ordered through the site or through a 3rd party such as grubhub or doordash. There was a time where the food said it would be delivered 2 hours from the time of order, just to have the food so cold and soggy, the boxes were literally falling apart. Today, we had half of our order delivered, and it was ordered through BWW's site. When I called the restaurant, the first employee told me they were waiting for me to come pick it up . It's a delivery order, the point is to have the food delivered, not for me to already pay a service fee, delivery fee, and a tip, then have me come pick up the food anyways. The manager came on the phone to try and compensate us for the food we didn't get but I'm sure we're not going to recoup the entire cost. We will not be ordering again.
Stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner. We ordered 30 wings with 6 different sauces and all the sauces were great! Alex who was also the bartender was so attentive and caring! He made sure we taken care of and still ensured all the bar patrons (bar and table) were served promptly and in need of nothing. The wings were great! We ordered all drummers and received all exactly what we ordered including actual 9oz glasses of wine. Highly recommend!
Wings are good (usually... see my edit) but ordering is really bad. I placed a pickup order at 5 and it said it wouldn't be ready until 6:30. That's a pretty long time but I didn't really care. I showed up at 6:45 and rushed in hoping my food wouldn't be cold but I was told it would be "2-3 minutes". I stood at the counter for 30 minutes, until the lady who originally told me that asked *again* if I'd like a table or if I'm there for a pickup order. I gave her my name again, and she picks up my order from under the counter. I suspect it had been sitting there the entire time because I never saw anyone bring any food out for anyone the whole time. Not sure what the lady was smoking but she totally forgot what a customer who never left the front counter was even doing there.EDIT: After all that time I drove 15 minutes back home only to find out that the boneless wings I ordered were regular bone-in wings. What a way to cap off a 3-hour waste of time. I called and they remade them for me but I will absolutely not be returning and hopefully this will prevent others from going back as well.
Exceptional barmaid. But, I’m not here for that. I’m rating the bathroom sink. The counter was very clean for 3 in the afternoon. Only problem was the faucet. It doesn’t go far enough into the middle of the sink. So, when washing your hands a lot of water gets all over the counter and around the faucet base.

It was okay. I've had better food and interaction at this spot. This time not so much. Which is the reason I came back. Not a fan of the chicken fingers I will order wings(my usuaul) and cheese curds for now on.
