WAS a frequent visitor to Zebb's, enjoyed both the food and atmosphere. The food quality had gone down slightly our last 2 visits, but tonight was just bad ?. The waitress keep apologizing whenever we mentioned an issue but nothing done & manager didn't stop by table. Also, the atmosphere was gone because of limited diners and unfamiliar staff. Not sure what's happening but things were very disappointing on a Wednesday at 6pm. Questioning if it's worth another try.
Great decorations but odd vibes, took forever to get food even though restaurant was empty. Wings were tough and obviously frozen. The best part was the onion rings which were so crispy and good. Waitress was either new or high, split the bill wrong, charged appetizers as entrees and never cleared the table. Maybe good for birthday parties?
Went there as a party of nine on May 9th at 5pm. Ordered the party platter appetizer. After waiting 50 minutes for one appitizer, the boneless wings were raw in the middle. Discovered that after eating one and wondered why it was cold. After another 25 minutes they brought out half of our parties dinner. My son's food was cold, he ordered the steak with mashed potatoes. Another 10-15 minutes later the rest of the party finally got their food. The Service was terrible and slow. The people working in the kitchen at that time should really be looked at. Someone could easily come down with food poisoning after experiencing what we did. We are never going back and I will never recommend this place to anyone.
We visited this Zebb's location on Sunday May 1st. I am not sure that we will be back.The restaurant was not very busy. Out waitress took our beverage and appetizer order. It took over 30 minutes for the Apps to come out and they were Luke warm at best. Our meals came out about 20 minutes later and were also cool. The worst thing were the small ants that a tasted to appear at our table after the meals came out. We were seated in the bar area in a booth by the windows. When we pointed this out apologized and said this happened last Spring also.Also the Men's Room was a mess.Very poor experience.
Ordered dinner to go last night for mother's day. The screwed up the order and honestly they didn't care are all. I requested loaded fries, basically told I didn't order that even though I was very clear and asked for cheese for the fries for the other meal. My mistake didn't check before I left. When I called I was told I could come back and get the cheese while my dinner got cold or basically eat the .50 cent. WAIT A SECOND!!! WHAT!! I get that it is only .50 but that is money that I work hard for. So the screwed up the order from the start and then tell me oh well!! Manager had no care in the world, doubt I will be going back.
It was so much fun. The food was good. There's a topping bar for burger extras. For a large place it still gives the feel of old box car diners.
This place was great. Parking lot was packed so we knew it would be. Decor and music was sweet. Food was reasonably priced, tasted mmm mmm mmm, although it took a little long. We would definitely return and though our waitress was very blah and had an attitude, maybe she was having a bad day. See you next time.
Our waitress was so fun/funny! I can't recall her name-she has spiky short hair-and is sassy! She was running a lot of tables but was still attentive. The burger was fantastic. Wasn't loving the fries, but I can be a little picky. We had a nice time with our close friends.
Our 1st time at Zebb's and it was great! We did curbside pickup for the first time and everything went very smooth. Food was done in 20 minutes and still warm by the time we got home. Emily took great care of us and we will definitely be back again soon! Best burger I've had in a long time.
