The Shrimp Taco was so delicious that I ordered 3 of them and gained some pounds!! My rational was this: on my death bed, my regret would not be about being a bit heavier but denying myself the pleasure of eating what I wanted and how much I wanted. Great time here at XO Taco.I was staying at the Crowne Plaza right around the corner. I noticed XO on google maps and it had great and consistent reviews, so I decided to take a short walk.I was surprised to see that at 8pm on a Tuesday (Taco Tuesday) night, the place was packed! All of the outside tables and most of the inside tables were occupied. The environment was very live and trendy. Lovely decor. Neat, clean and modern.I was taken to an open table. There is a QR code that you can scan to view the menu which has tacos, burritos, chicken tenders and a bunch of other items. If you want to order tacos, you will be given is little checklist where you can check of the types and quantities of tacos you want.There is also a full bar there and they serve a variety of beers, wines, mixed drinks and margaritas.I ordered a few different tacos ($5-6 each) and a beer ($4-6). The wait for food wasn't long...about 10-15 minutes...not bad given how busy they were. The tacos were delicious. They also have some tasty sauces on each table with various heat intensities.All staff I encountered, including my server, were friendly, patient and helpful. Super positive environment. I would love to return when I am in town again to try some other items.

Delicious! So glad I found this restaurant. Lobster taco and guacamole best I ever had. If I am ever in Syracuse again, I will definitely find this place.
I decided to eat there on the very good reviews and the proximity to my hotel, as a first timer in Syracuse. The interior decor and ambiance is very pleasant! I was received by some very polite employees and served by a joyful Joanna. The service was super efficient all dinner long.I ordered 2 so-cal fish tacos for entrée, which were delicious!!My main course was the howlito beef burrito, way bigger than expected. The taste, just spicy enough and so good. My only suggestion would be to have the fries a bit more crunchy (because of the time it takes to eat that whole burrito).I had a request for the kitchen to remove any cilantro outside the slaw. Everything was done according to my request.I strongly recommend this restaurant.
I really want to like this place, but this was my third- and last- visit. The employees have no personality and barely acknowledge your presence. The food is okay, but better places around in Cuse. The food presentation is lackluster and not appealing. Try Guadalajara instead!
