Worst strawberry salad ever they took a chicken ceaser salad and put a couple strawberries in it
Horrible service, and the employee at the drive through window tried to scam me out of money by giving me the wrong receipt and incorrect change.
Very busy place. Drive thru and inside dining. Waited in line for over ten minutes; a lot of people ahead of me, more behind me. Two Doordash orders came in while I was waiting and even though I was standing for a order which I had already paid for, the person moved my tickets behind those orders. I order one item; a Frosty! I complained and person, threw away my receipt but filled my order. She printed a new one and I complained to Wendy's asking for a reply. Still waiting for a reply!
20 minutes from time of order to pickup and out the door. I hope this was a staffing issue. This is not fast food.
For fast food it was good. We had a really good person who cashed us out and the when I opened my sandwich it was wrapped very neat and not just slapped together like at other restaurants.

Poor and slow service if you hate your job find another one! Almost 10 minutes wait in a mobile pick up order that consisted of 4 chicken nuggets a drink and a cookie ridiculous!
every time i come here ... its a 20-30 minute wait if i go in or drive thru ... fries cold , forgot my sauce . i should of told them when i pulled through this is the worst and slowwwwwest wendys ever but i did not wanna be rude but this place is so trash . never going again lol

Very slow service, charged for an upgrade on a drink I didn't even select and when you tell the cashier something is wrong she rolls her eyes. I get things are crazy with covid but still need good customer service. That they don't have
