Ordered food on delivery app. Ordered Nuggets, fries, burgers and drinks for 2 adults and 2 kids. All the nuggets were spicy even though I asked for regular. The nuggets were for a 4 and 3 year old child. The 3 year old is epileptic and has ketotic hypoglycemia and can not have spicy foods. All the fries were missing. All the burgers were missing. Ordered two drinks. One tasted like it was cut with water and the other drink fruit/syrup smelled spoiled.
I usually like Wendy's ita fast food so ya don't expect much but everytime I gI to this wendys the service changes from good to bad new people and rude manager makes visiting again its not gonna happen !
It was ok I got the # 1 combo with no cheese but the bun was stale that’s the only thing I didn’t like it wasn’t a fresh bun
The WORST Wendy's I have ever been to. I waited in the drive-thru for so long, I couldn't stand it anymore so decided to go inside, but they don't have any in-store dining. Management should look at this place and straighten it out, it gives Wendy's a bad name! The line was literally stagnant, and it wasn't even at a busy time of the day. The workers here could care less. It's awful, it made me late for an appointment and I didn't even get to order anything!
It was busy in their defense but I ordered a grilled chicken and got a cold crispy chicken instead. Not a fan of fried so I didn't even eat it. The frostie was good. The customer service was non existent. No eye contact.
Not the best Wendy's I've been too. First time going there waited almost 10 minutes for our food and the food I did get was lackluster at best. I had the sandwich at a different Wendy's that was so much better. Still edible but would never go back again.
When I got to Wendy's the door was locked it was the middle of the lunch rush time this is the second time I've been there in the door was locked during business hours so I called the location and they said that they didn't have any employees to work I explained that I was in the truck and I could not go through the drive-thru because I didn't fit so the one employee inside open the door for me so I could come inside to get my food as much as they pay for minimum wage now it is ridiculous that people do not have employees to work I give props to those that do go to work with a smile on their face
Lets just say this has to be the worst Wendy's in Syracuse. The website states that they closed at 11. I was there 10 minutes to 10pm along with several other cars. We waited for almost an hour to order before we realized that the worker shut down early and disregarded us. When you drive up the workers usually say "Hi we're closed" but she did not do that, she let us sit in the line for 35-40 minutes before we decided to pull off. Before leaving I went up to the window to get the employees attention and ask if they closed early and she just looked at me and turned her head like he didn't see me. The customer service at this Wendy's is terrible and the time is NEVER fast. They seriously have to do something about it because they will lose a lot of customers in the future treating people like this.
I really enjoyed the food at Wendy's, but this particular one always seems to have issues with timing. The last several times I've gone I've waited in the drive-thru for upwards of 10 minutes. And that's only with maybe six cars in front of me. I don't think that it should be taking that long especially at 8:00 at night.
I went to this Wendy's location on Park Street in Syracuse New York on Sunday February 6th 2022 at approximately 7:50 a.m. . Besides the food being cold through and through, the biggest turnoff was seeing the person that waited on me wearing the same rubber gloves that he had been wearing from before I even pulled up to the window and he took my money in cash and gave me my change in cash and did not give me a receipt. But then he ran around touching his headset opening different coolers and grabbing my orange juice and bringing that to the window and went back to make the food touching everything with the same rubber gloves. Very disgusting
