Wegmas selection,quality of product, and higher pricing have all gone down hill, I have gone to Wegmans to buy a product that i have for years only to find out Wegmans doesent carry any more. Wegmans use to have the best dounuts now all outsourced. The ridiculously priced buffet food they use to make in-house also outsourced. Wegmans use to care about their customers, it all about profits now i rearly shop there any more.
Selection is limited, constantly eliminating brands and variety, customer service is Less then average. I can buy groceries for the same or cheeper at my local family owned grocery store or Aldi's. This consistent low pricing is a joke who are thay kidding.
Wegmans carries a huge variety of contemporary Western food, and International food. The frozen food area is quite impressive, as is the produce. They carry a large variety of Gluten-free, and Vegan foods. The hot foods area is currently closed, due to Coronavirus; when it's open, it is a wonderful spot to eat your deli sandwich, pizza, or sushi. Most Syracuse metro stores are great to excellent, but the location on Onondaga Blvd., can be a crap shoot, if you want friendly employees. The stockers here are all very helpful, but the checkers are not all friendly; some will say, "Thank you," but others can't care less that a customer supports the store.
Sorry but you’re pizza is like cardboard....I even got a fresh slice...did you change the dough???? I remember having better pizza a school....which should say a lot....

Cheese bread like no other and now they are baking cheese bread with bacon yum!!!
The cakes made by Wegmans bakery have consistently been to die for! They are always fresh and it's obvious by the taste they only use the best ingredients.
