Friendly staff, good food, & entertaining bands. Nice atmosphere & very clean. I really like the penny floor in the bathroom & think they should finish it.

Cool place, cheap drinks. Went for a punk rock show, sound system was fine. Could use some signs for the bathrooms as they are just unlabeled doors in the back hallway. Overall a nice place.
Asked for a soco and coke and instead of telling me they didn't have it... they gave me jim beam and coke. When I said something they acted like i was too drunk to know the difference... it was my first and last drink there. About 20 minutes afterwards the owner came up to me and said there was a cover charge of 5 bucks.. WHAT? LOL Poor management and even worse service. Wish I could give less than 1 star.
Chill atmosphere with good people, live music on thursdays? Awesome spot to grab a drink and hangout.
Loved the taco salad. Food delicious. Service friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely go back. And you should too.

My neighbor and I ordered lunch from Valley Blues a Mexican cuisine restaurant located at Valley Plaza in the former Rooters spot on 4/22/20 and the burrito bowl was authentic and tasty...our MARGARITAS (yes at noon) were delicious. What a welcome addition to the neighborhood.
Went to great punk rock show there this past weekend. It's awesome to see a place supporting ALL kinds of local rock music. Unlike Shiftys nobody there will want to throw you out for getting drunk and having some fun! Bartenders are friendly, drinks are reasonably priced. Can't wait for the next rock show!
