I used to love this place before going vegan. I was extremely disappointed with their lack of allergy free clarity in their menu. Their veggie burger has eggs, so basically I was left with boring salads with boring dressings. I didn't give it a lower score because for person with no allergies, they usually love it here. Server was great.
First time at Tully’s and it was decent. I ordered the 7-count Asian tendies. The flavor was good but I was expecting more spiciness. Additionally, by the end of eating my tenders, the sweetness of the sauce made me feel kinda icky.My fiancé got regular tendies and he gobbled them down. For dessert, the mile high ice cream cake was delish and the cookie monster was good too.Service was good but I think the music was a lil too loud for 3PM. Maybe for dinner hours, sure.
What has happened since "covid"... You've gotten rid of SO MANY favorites and your tenders are just PATHETIC. You might as well call them chicken nuggets at this point. For a restaurant that is making bank all the time, the choices you have made to increase profit in exchange for quality and quantity is totally pathetic. Please do better.... Your loyal patrons deserve it!!!!!
We had a group of 16 family members ranging in age from 6 - 70. We were seated in a back dining room. We received excellent service from our server. She kept our drinks full. She brought crayons & pictures for coloring for the younger kids. The menu had enough variety to please everyone. The food was enjoyable. It came out of the kitchen in a timely fashion. The chicken tenders were great & the younger kids loved the Mac & cheese. We will be back.
Attention to detail with every aspect of this place. From food to atmosphere and staff. This is a must go for anyone looking for a great meal.
Just wanted to take a moment to shoutout the hostess/takeout crew who worked tonight 4/6 around 7:45pm when I picked up my food. I apologize I didn’t check names as I had a long day but just wanted to extend my appreciation for your friendliness, kind smiles, eye contact, prompt and accurate service, and overall experience. You all really work together as a team and it shows. You made one step in my long day seamless and sometimes it’s the little things that make the biggest impact, so thank you. As an HR Manager myself I hope you get recognition by your managers. See you soon!
I love Tullys and enjoy it every time I go or get take out but recently they’ve changed the Buffalo tender melt and that is what I like to get 90% of the time I go. I’m sad to see the Buffalo tender melt change. It used to be so delicious with scallions, tomatoes, shredded cheese, nacho cheese, French fries, and Buffalo tenders. Now it is very basic with only tenders, fries, and nacho cheese. I wish they hadn’t change the way it was because it makes me not want to eat there anymore
Staff is super friendly, no matter who you encounter. Had to try their famous tenders.... Was D-Lish. Had both Thai and regular. They were huge, crispy on the outside, tender inside and the Honey dip mustard was great. Coleslaw was even delicious. Great experience and a total recommendation. Go hungry!
Went last night for dinner with family and was so shocked to see masks on most employees. Not even wearing them correctly. Which was good. But it was like theatrics. Hanging off there face, chin strap, pulled down to talk. This has been over for weeks now and not one customer had a mask on but making the staff still suffer is a shame. Guess they missed the cdc saying they now know cloth masks do nothing and surgical masks. Funny thing is they broke every so called guideline. They touched plates, cups, silverware, napkins, pens, checks, cash and then touched their face playing with the mask. All what 2 years ago we were told not to do. ?. Food was good, server was awesome. But give your employees their Freedom of Choice or take the American flag off your building.
I went here for lunch and got the Tully Tenders Salad, and it was massive and filling, which was great. Also it was my first time having the tenders, and they held up to the hype. The honey mustard was good too. The only problem was it took way too long for the food to come out for a nonbusy lunch.
