I went to Delta Sonic to buy a gift card and was not greeted pleasantly by a manager Sydney when I tried to acknowledge her yesterday morning. Also She carried that poor image over to Tim hortons side when the line was getting backed up because of technical issues of Tim horton app she came over and stood there with a mean look like the employees were slacking off which they weren't and never do. Sydney stood behind employee at Tim horton cash register with a very upset mean look because the line was getting long starring the employees down. They did not deserve that look for they are very hard workers.

Went for Tim x Biebs, which was great. Service worker was miserable though and Iced Latte was sour tasting. Not worth the stop.

It was totally DISGUSTING!!! The ice tea that we received tasted like someone washed their sweat soak socks in. We dumped the drinks out in the garbage ?. What a waste of Money!
Service with smile and fast
Coffee is still good, everything else has gone to Hell. Tiny donuts, barely discernable amount of cream cheese on bagels, not worth the money any more.
Love this place , the energy and people however every time i come in for a cup of coffee there’s this one employee who always make my experience rather unpleasant. Today he stood with the cashiers clerk who were doing their job as i and a elder lady stood in line for a cup of coffee before work. We made eye contact several times but turns the other way quickly as he hopes we dont notice. I walked out and sadly will never come back. Once you the employee he’s very much recognizable ….. (dunkin it is then)
