Great friendly staff but good Lord, the drive through is the slowest I have ever experienced. Literally 10 minutes per car ahead of me. Maybe they need some help?
We had an issue with our breakfast order being incorrect, and Jennifer went above & beyond to correct it and make sure we were 100% happy.
Very polite and got my order really fast very satisfied Ashley and Kara were very helpful and had such positive attitude
Breakfast meal was okay but definitely didn't ring a bell of anything I really need

Poor customer service. One worker (tonya) always gave me a bad attitude for simply ordering my food. If you don’t like your job then simply quit but do not give me your negative energy. Especially first thing in the morning before I am about to begin my own shift at my job. The negativeness just keeps moving forward rest of the day.My stay in the city of Syracuse was a short one but people like this employee will always give me a bitter remembrance of the miserable city.
