Great service. They were very busy, but in spite of that, our server was attentive and patient. She brought our drinks right away and apologized for the wait, even though for the crowd they had, it was not that long. The food was outstanding and reasonably priced. Portions were very generous.

I got the Chicken Piccata and loved it!And ended with the pineapple upsidedown cheesecake! Heaven.

Worth the hype!!!!!! Best food, best service and best ambiance. Has a long waiting always so please book an appointment online before walking in.

Great experience, great food and service. Never disappoint.

A great combination of ambience, service, elaborate menu and taste. Good to see that pandemic hasn't affected the pricing as much as it did at other restaurants. We ordered stuffed mushroom, dynamite shrimp, fish & chips, Jamaican pepper shrimp, kids grilled cheese sandwich and a pasta. Every dish tasted delicious and the portions were large. If anything we wish the coleslaw that came with fish & chips was as good as they make at Culver's or Red Lobster. But overall, with a large menu, there is something for everyone. Service is attentive and the food came out fast too. Overall one of the best food chains in the country.

First time ever going and honestly very unimpressed. Very busy, understandably, but for a small order to go and with other people after us that had already gotten their stuff and left, we felt neglected. Yea it looks so good and the prices may be worth the items put in to make the cakes, but the quality of their staff are very poor in the form that they were rude and disorderly.

First time here with my family. We went because of mom's birthday. She wanted to go here. We made reservations online. The time we went was at 11:30am when they first opened. The food was amazing. Everything there is home made and fresh. They don't use anything store bought and that were not lying especially when you take the first bite into your food. The food on the menu can be a little pricey but it's worth it. We did not eat the cheesecake there but we did take it home because we were so full. Customer service was great as well. Very friendly staff. Our server answered all of questions and took care of us well. She also brought out a little birthday sundae out to my mom. With everything said I would definitely go back and recommend this restaurant hands down.

I cant say one bad thing about this restaurant except so busy long wait times, and there were spots on the dishes. We come to realize it was water spots. The food was Amazing and the cheese cake was the best I have ever had. If your in the area and have never been, you should definitely go. The staff was amazing considering they were slammed and crazy!

Visited this location a number of times and it’s always been an excellent experience. Take out the last two visits to the nearby Marriott Loft Hotel. Both times we shared the Shepherds Pie. For $18.50 it’s a huge portion easily shareable, together with their homemade pumpernickel bread, and that creamery butter! Top it off with any of their cheesecakes, and excellent coffee. Undoubtedly we will return.

The staff was awesome. Service was quick, we only waited 5min. The food was great as well.
