waitress sat us saying they had no hostess. food came out fast-which was good considering ot was dead there. ordered a bacon cheeseburger that came with no bacon. asked for a refill, that never came. was charged for the bacon and the refill, so asked to have to charges removed. overheard waitress telling bartender about me "complaining", while waiting for my change that the waitress or bartender had. (10 min to get change smh) management needs to step it up. def wont be going back for a while.
Great service! Appetizers and drinks were good...main entrees were worse than a TV dinner!

This place was so much fun! The music was awesome! The food was great! And our waiter, Fonya, was an absolute trip! He made the kids laugh as well as us and just actually had the attitude that he loved his job and it showed. If I do get a chance to go back I would definitely prefer to have him as a waiter. So would highly recommend.

If there was a way to give them less than star I would... this is the worst place to eat, i had to wait for 45 minutes even though the host told me 15 minutes, again that's fine it happens maybe they got busy or whatever may be the short staff on top of that they requested a burger with no bacon they added bacon and took half of them out before they hand it to me, I took it back to the store and then ask for a manager to speak with it was some showed up, and all I asked do you want me to wait for another 45 minutes to get a burger? He would start screaming and putting finger in my eye saying (that's all you got)
If I could give lower than a one-star I definitely would. I figured I haven't been to Friendly's in a long time since my last at experience there so after several years I decided to give you guys another chance and you blew it.I went there Sunday it took forever to seated finally after about 30 minutes we finally got my table even though it seems pretty empty it seems definitely staffed.After waiting another 15-20 minutes for somebody to come over to get our drinks that ever got to us because we never got to talk to anybody we ended up just getting up and leaving and going to a different restaurant this location is a joke and I will never be back there the customer service there horrible. Management should definitely be ashamed of themselves and definitely take this message into consideration while they hopefully improve themselves although I will never step foot back in this restaurant but hopefully others might be able to go there and enjoy a sit-down dinner about 45 minutes to wait for a table when they're not even busy and not even have somebody come over and get a drink is ridiculous
Came in late Saturday night after drinking at Burried Acorn. Service was fast, server was extremely attentive and the food was decent for what we were looking for. No complaints, had burger and boneless wings.
If I could give it a zero, I would. They forgot to notify us on the waitlist we were up until I asked 20 minutes after our 20 minute wait we were told-she rolled her eyes and sat us. Mind you, other people after us were seated before us with more people. Waited about 15 minutes for drinks. Our apps came out and we’re told they were out of silverware. Asked for drink refills and nothing. Food was dry, fries over seasoned, and still no silverware. Asked for drink refills again and the manager gave attitude and said who is your waitress…20 minutes later and got them as we finished eating. We were finally given napkins and silverware after we ate our food. Another 20 wait for the bill. Never again. Mind you, it wasn’t very busy and If staff stopped hiding in the kitchen talking on the side and helped-wouldn’t have been so annoyed. This place is awful. There were roughly 5 waitresses and 12 maybe tables filled.
I enjoyed my lunch time here on Thursday, very delicious food, plus took home slice rainbow cake it’s very good, I’ll be back soon.
