Table that seats 4 was really to small for 4 . Waitress did not clear plates so we could get more salad. Meat was great!!

Unfortunately this Syracuse location is still struggling and without changes I donât see it staying open much longer. The manager/host seated us behind a pole in a half empty restaurant resulting in the servers being unable to see us so we didnât see a gaucho for 40 minutes. After we brought it to our waitresses attention it dud get a little better but we never even saw 3-5 of the meats they advertise and had to beg to get pichana. Sadly will be our last year buying the VIP ticket - no longer worth it ð©
Excellent service from the bar and restaurant staff. We were not ignored but had plenty of time to enjoy the whole experience. The hot and cold buffet bars were delicious. Lobster bisque better than anywhere else we ever had it. All the meat options and service were just tip-top! Kudos. We will be back!

Was a miss at a restaurant that is usually very good, Meat as the highlight was almost all wildly overcooked. Otherwise reasonably ok
The noise was the only negative thing. Some Brazilian music would be nice. The food was excellent as well as the service. It was our first time there and we will definitely be returning.
