It took us 35 minutes to get through the drive through, and we were the 6th car in line. It's the only place other than McDonald's open this time of night tho, so strap in for some glacially slow food service.
Nice, quick, in and out. Not very busy inside. The drive thru was packed. Lunch time on a Wednesday. Nice new building, friendly staff and food came out very quick.
50min in drive-through and no way to get out of line made it the last time I will visit this location. The food preparation is also very inconsistent, either too much sauce or not enough or all in one spot. Worst Taco Belll I know. Lying about what items are available is a problem too, I was told I have to order online the same item i have gotten at another location.
This is the worst taco bell i have ever been to. I rarely write reviews, but this location has continuously gotten my order wrong. Not only are the staff unfriendly, but almost every time my order is wrong, putting beef in my black bean crunchwrap or otherwise. This last time sent me to write this review because I ordered a spicy potato soft taco, normally a taco with lettuce and sauce, but received some weird burrito with potatoes, rice, and sour cream? I have no idea whats going on with this location because I've never had a problem at any other taco bell in the area. I will not be returning to this location again.
Rarely my order is wrong, most of the workers are nice, some of them seem high and slow moving (cause they seem high as a kite) but most of the women working there are hard workers. Sometimes its a long wait (12 minutes for my items) but when I use the app my order is on time. I think it helps that I go in and know some of their names and ask how they're doing. It doesn't take much to ask how someone is and thank them, as a result I think my orders haven't been with little errors since. They do need to staff more people though. Will say its always clean inside.
The guy who took our drive through order was very pushy and rude at the speaker and even ruder at the window as he threw the change in such a rush it fell to the ground. He didn't say one word at the window nor gave us an opportunity to say anything as he tossed us the bag and slammed the window shut. Do better Taco Bell. This experience was definitely unfavorable.
Stopped at this location to get a classic combo. There were several customers ahead of me waiting for their orders. One young man had ordered and paid and was left waiting for over 40 min. Another young woman had also ordered and paid and was told it would be ready at 9pm. 9:45 she got her order.For the most part the employees were polite with the exception of one young lady that got a little defensive. Less talk and more action. Stay off their phones too. Oh by the way, the young upset they forgot something woman I mentioned waiting for her order since9pm just drove back to this location. Looking
Basically every complaint that’s has been reviewed is right. The drive through took an unacceptable amount of time and there were only 2 employees working there. It’s clear the owners don’t know how to run the place or hire appropriate management. I s worked at a Taco Bell before and there never only 2 employees. The MINIMUM we would have was 5 and that was around closing. Do not go to this Taco Bell or order from a delivery service.
Quick & clean! Food was hot and yummy! Only downside is,The order taker sucks, she said “hey.” I was expecting more of a“Welcome to Taco Bell” or a even a “how can i help you?” That part was just really weird to me, other than that I thought it was good!
4 out of 4 times they have messed up my order, the drive thru line is ridiculously long and slow and they always forget my drink. On my most recent visit I decided to order online for pickup in store since the drive thru is horrendous. When I got to the store the app said my order was ready, I went inside and was handed my food and 2 empty cups...if the app required me to select a drink and Im ordering for pickup I do not expect to have to pour my own drink afterall I wouldn't be pouring my own if I had chosen the drive thru option instead of in store pickup. Additionally there were no straws, napkins or sauces placed in the bag nor was there the side of sour cream I had paid for. 2 stars only for the sake of the sweet elderly lady who showed up to work at TB on Wednesday
