We ordered at the bar for takeout. First time there. The food was OUTSTANDING! We ordered honey walnut chicken, Mongolian beef and pork dumplings. Can’t wait to go back!
Amazing food, def the best in town. Went shortly after opening and enjoyed a tasty beverage and a quick quick draw game while waiting for my order. The General Tso and 3 pepper chicken were so good. wWill be back can't wait to try all of it. Def worth the wait since all from scratch.
The food was absolutely delicious! We tried a bunch of appetizers and had the shrimpwith walnut oil and sesame chicken. Both were some of the best Chinese food we've had! Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff, great SU memorabilia.
This place is amazing! Tried them last night after reading about them in the paper. Best chinese food in syracuse!
I ordered my food at 5:15, I was told it would be ready in 35 minutes. I arrived at about 5:50. I did not get my food until 6:45. Unacceptable, the food was then mediocre at best.
I wish I could write a review about the food but I haven't had a chance to try it since they don't answer their phone. I have called 3 days a week for 3 weeks and no answer. I've tried different times during their dinner hours and it just rings and rings. No way to contact them outside of the phone number they don't answer. I don't want to leave a negative review because I haven't tried the food but apparently their busines operations are sub par. I have never in my life wanted to try a restaurant so bad without being able to. This review is solely based on their business operations, or lack there of. I won't be trying to call them again.
Way over hyped by recent news article. They aren't answering phone or taking online orders due to the surge in business. We went there and ordered in person around 5pm on Saturday. This was 4 days after the article came out. It took 2 hours to get our food. When I ordered there was no mention it would take anywhere near this long. After waiting 30 minutes I asked how much longer and was told it would be another 5 minutes. The food was mediocre at best. Just basic american chinese food. Epic waste of time.
Never is open when it says they are online . I’mPossible to order lunch from this place even on weekends when it says it’s open THEY R NOT!
Really great. Very tasty and they are top quality. Don't let being inside a sports bar fool you, very authentic and delicious. PS Chadwicks is great.
I've recently heard about this place, it sounds amazing. I love to try great new things. I could not Order at lunch as it wasn't open. That's fine, I waited. Just got home from work and decided since it was "open" I'd try again. Although it says open it is not at all. No answer or change to the schedule. Once they live up to their advertising I'd be happy to reevaluate my rating. Such a disappointment for the time being.I've actually changed my review. They were finally open and I did get my chance to try the food. Although it was not bad I would hardly say it is the best in town. After reading a recent article that claimed a few certain menu items were the best the writer ever had I too had to try it. I ordered the fried duck which was OK at best. A bit too bland after being described as marinated for 2 days. I also ordered the shumai I think that's how to spell it. That was up to quality standards. I ordered the Bao which were also proclaimed to be amazing. They weren't that good. Almost comparable to Wow Bao. All in all I wasn't overly impressed. I'll try again and expirament with other menu items but I cannot say it is the best in town. Not by a long shot
