Workers are rude and lack customer service skills....rush u while ordering and don't complete orders correctly.

I went to the subway on Seneca Turnpike for the first time because me and my daughter wanted something to eat and we just moved over here to this side of town and it was horrible. There was a black lady in the store with braids who looked high or drunk that kept reaching over my sub with her arm and her hair was swinging over it and her arms kept rubbing up against my food and I asked the older white lady who I believe is the manager to please move my sub because I didn’t want her to keep reaching over my sub like that but the lady basically ignored me and the girl kept doing it so I told them you know what I don’t want that sub. I will not pay for that sub and I will go elsewhere to eat which I did to subway in the north side which was so much cleaner and welcoming anyway. The subway on Seneca turnpike on the south side of Syracuse is horrible and it is already bad that the food does not look appetizing but to be located in the ghetto side of town and have customers coming in to get food and you act like that as staff and think I’m gonna pay for and have to eat it I think about. They really need better staffing.

Ordered from Uber eats and manager was nasty my food was open and she refused to make my food over was very nasty to me and told me that the driver did not open my food and called the police on me. I am very upset since this was food for my children. I wish I could give no starts cause they don’t deserve any I will never go back here this is not how you conduct business!

The meatballs subs are great

Horrible experience. The girl ‘Beautiful’ according her name tag. Was wearing Airpods. Her hair was all over. Wasnt interested in making sandwich. I will never go back to this location. Very unwelcoming. I wish there was 0 stars.

We visited this Subway in Syracuse thinking it will be same as other Subway. It was worst experience.Staff wasnt in proper uniforms. The girl who was serving us had a name tag “Beautiful” was wearing airpods and had a music on. Had to repeat order everytime because she had hard time listening to us with her music on. Her braids were so long they were touching the counter. I am also in food industry and it was horrible experience for our family. About sandwich the way she made a sandwich and wrapped we couldn’t eat. All messy she didnt put any efforts in closing sub. She just kept it open and wrapped and give it.I don’t want money back or anything but as long as people like this girl works this Subway is gonna keep losing customers. Check the cameras if you think i have any lies. I left my time stamp and receipt number. WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCEUnhygienic and untidy. Big No

Favorite delivery place and like in store also

They were skimpy on toppings, they didn't cut the sandwich in half, the bread itself wasn't cut open properly so it was opening from the top instead of the side, and the cookies were super thin and mealy. I love Subway, but this franchise location is one to avoid.

Nice place. Attentive employees

Stop in quite a bit after my daughter's hockey practice. Love being able to use the mobile app and grab our order for the drive home.Always nice and orders are always correct. Hope I didn't jinx it!
