Had a sub and a wrap delivered and the sub had a knife in the middle of it. I called the subway and the girl that answered laughed and said yeah she must have done it by accident and then refused to give me her managers phone number and hung up.

I was waiting in the line to have a sub made and a guy infront of me was ordering 4 subs at once so I was waiting in line and the lady put all the meat on the subs and moved them over to the veggies section for the guy to do, she then went into the back into the restrooms. When she came out I can hear the toilet flushing while in line as the restrooms are nearly 10 feet away from. When she came out she was STILL wearing the same gloves she was wearing when she went into the bathroom during making this guys subs and came back to helped finish this poor guys subs. I felt so discussed by the fact that whatever she did whether just flushing something down the toilet or actually using the toilet is soooooo Disgusting I just left and will never go back there again !

I ordered 3 subs from here on grub hub and none of them were correct. The order clearly said what I wanted and it wasn’t that hard and they were completely wrong. It’s not hard to read an order and do it correctly. Very disappointed
absolutely terrible food, incompetent staff, and horrible customer service. filed a complaint with the better business bureau and syracuse health inspectors. hope to see this place shut down sooner than later.

Waited 20 minutes while he did multiple to go orders before taking my order despite delivery people arriving significantly after me. While still waiting with no one else there, I had to leave when he chose to do another delivery order rather than mine. Will not return. Never managed to get any food before the subway closed
