On par with all my visits. Friendly staff. Cashier entered the wrong drink when ordered (strawberry vs mango) staff corrected and let us keep both drinks
Service was good drinks were good. Place is very spacious and they have a terrace outside.
I go at least once a day and always get good service where they all know me by name

I really want to like this location because it's right by my house. However if you are a cappuccino drinker this place is too inconsistent to pay 5 bucks for a coffee that can either be good or really bad. I will say the staff are always pleasant!
Usually great but the mobile app still allows to order for pickup in cafe even though the cafe is closed bc of staffing issues. Normally I wouldn’t mind waiting in line but bc it’s drive through only the v long line takes at-least 45 minutes and that meant choosing between getting to work on time, or waiting and getting the drinks I already paid for.No bones with the staff, they’re great! However, the lack of follow through on the online ordering system from the people who are able to make those changes is just disappointing af. Again, staff are great but the situation that is happening here clearly requires help from higher up.
Drive-thru should be for order ahead pick-up only. Or at the most for small orders. The whole idea of a drive-thru is a quick experience... if you have a large order, either go inside or order ahead on the app. It's annoying when it takes 25 minutes to pick up a pre-ordered coffee!
They open whenever they please. No consistency. 7:00 a.m. drive-thru only when it's regularly scheduled for 5:30 a.m.
The only Starbucks around here with a drive through. However, sometimes the service is extremely slow and orders are messed up.
Best one by far amazing service and quality the only thing about this location is it's always out of half the drinks ?
