This Starbucks is inside of a Price Chopper grocery store. It's a great Starbucks with a regular menu. There are even a couple tables to sit down at
Unfortunately, this location seems to be very poorly managed. Every time I get bad service here, which has been more and more lately, I ask if my server is a manager. They always say yes. One was from a nearby store and seemed to intentionally misread my name ("Unionize" in the app) after making several drinks ahead of mine. The other day, it took about 10 minutes to get an iced tea with only one other customer waiting in front of me (or at all). The person who actually handed me the drink was someone else, so I asked if the person who took so incredibly long to make my drink and then walked away was a manager, which was confirmed. It's a bad look that the only time they seem to suck so hard is when managers are "working." Hope the staff finds good employment elsewhere before this location inevitably closes.
I initially had my reservations about this location, however it has always been good service just depending on the time of day how busy it can get.
I bought a ready-made food here, and it was a good value for what was spent

Should update your time. It says that it's open until 9PM, and they say at the supermarket that it's at 7PM
I have never been to Starbucks.
When you need your caffeine fix this is the place to go
Good coffee. Quality service. A little slow but worth the wait.
