The Starbucks is near lids, at other place of the store, the location is wrong?
Lovely lovely baristas and service! I absolutely adore this Starbucks and they are always willing to help or adjust orders for me.
Impossibly friendly for the environment, accurate with good speed. Location is very awkward but I'm not taking points off for that.
The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Order a few coffees, breakfast sandwiches and a few croissants. The waiting time was almost 30 minutes, while I was waiting I finished my coffee so I asked for a coffee refill which I will pay for but the person at the cashier said they don't do refill I asked him to confirm that,after confirming with his manager he came back and said manager said no refill. I said okay charge me for the full price. I waited for another 20 minutes for that cup of coffee. All I asked for was a venti dark roast with 3 brown sugar, he ended up making me the coffee with 3 pumps of sugar which was not what I asked for so I asked for a fresh cup with the sugar on the side this time, I waited for another 10 minutes to get it. Total waiting time was almost one (1) hour.
Very good but they're understaffed. Could probably use a nice raise and a bonus for existing staff drive they're constantly slammed. Unionize, maybe?
Grace is worst than the stuff they scrape off the ovens. I would rather them grind cockroaches into coffee than speak to her. I like coffee 4/5
Great service! really nice staff just not happy with the products. My son's hot chocolate tasted really watered down, my daughter liked her mint coffee, but my mint hot cocoa was too Rich flavored like it tastes like dark chocolate, which I prefer like a milk chocolate.
I love this location and all employees, but I do not like your guys hot chocolate tastes like watered down chocolate milk
Unorganized, rude. Waited 20 plus minutes for coffee. Will go to Dunkin next time I’m at the mall.
The girls working were very sweet and brewed fresh green tea for my drink. I would definitely return.
