Whoever the manager is the blonde lady I've never heard someone be so rude to about 10 military personnel in in entire life! She should be fired or removed from her position! Speak to people with respect especially service members! Not to mention my sandwich was completely cold bc she was to busy worrying about masks being pulled up or not to learn against the condiments section!! Very rude and unprofessional not the way to represent Syracuse University
Popped in here on a whim while I was waiting for someone, and glad I did. The employees were very nice, and everything tasted great. I tend to get overwhelmed by the amount of items on the menu, but the cashier was patient with me while I decided what to get and answered my questions. The atmosphere was pleasant as they continued to be nice and friendly with everyone who walked in after me to get their orders as well.

The one employee with blonde hair who looks older is very rude and upity.
Nicest employees works here. And when they are so nice the whole experience is nicer. I am from the customers who order the same thing for few weeks, and then cant drink it anymore lol. They know me here and always nice.
