Iced drinks are only 1/3 beverage 2/3 ice. They NEVER wash hands and put those dirty fingers inside the cups when they handle them. Also, I ordered a pastry, a girl was BLOWING INSIDE THE ENVELOPE BAG TO OPEN IT HANDS-FREE. So if you don't want their hands touching your food, just take their SALIVA.
I don’t Recommend this place at all, first it’s too crowded, and the shift supervisor the girl with straight black hair was so rude to me. My order was ready and sitting there about 20 min and no one called my name. After 20 min when I ask if my venti americano is ready the barista she check for me and said it was right here your order, and I said why no body call my name and the shift supervisor just jumped in our convo and said actually we called your “f”ing name. So rude. For God sake please pay them enough so they don’t pick their anger to the customer. And I’m hope this employee work here don’t testing my patient, next time I won’t be that nice definitely I’ll b****tch her out. Period.????????????Post at 03/27/2022

Gotta hand it to those ladies. It was an absolute madhouse this morning, but they kept their cool and were churning out orders by the second - even with some impatient customers they remained pleasant and professional. Please give them all bonuses. Also my almond milk expresso rocked.

I recently had to bring a friend to Crouse hospital. The security guard would not let me wait in the waiting room. I was unsure where to go so I headed to Starbucks for a drink. After about an hour, Ciara came to check on me. I thought she was about to ask me to leave because I was there so long after finishing my coffee. Instead, she offered me a drink on her and wanted to check in on me to make sure I was okay. Thank you Ciara for going above and beyond
This was the first Starbucks i ever went to a decade ago. Then it became my go to place for assignments, meets up , project planning. Too many memories here.
Wouldn’t recommend if you don’t have an extra 20 minutes to wait around. Went at 2pm there were 6+ workers and it took 15 minutes for a damn ice water that didn’t even have ice. For 15$ breakfast I’m mad dissatisfied
Terrible service, I ordered 2 drinking just got one, along with 2 ignoring worker.
All out of chai tea, bummer. Got pumpkin spice latte. Tastes great.
