I had a good experience at Sonic. It's easy to forget how long it may take to get the meal because everyone parked and in the drive thru are all ordering at the same time. Got my added star is because where I live there's no Sonic in the last time I had it was not in New York
This is the third time IN A ROW that I have ordered the bacon double cheeseburger and it has not come with bacon. On top of that, this burger doesn't even have lettuce or tomato. Also did not get any napkins either.
I brought my son here for a milkshake to cool down after his lacrosse game. we pulled in to a drive-in spot and were told they are closed and we have to use the drive-thru. We ordered 2 milkshakes and mozzarella sticks. We literally sat in the drive-thru line for 40 minutes. If there wasn't a car behind me and a 2 foot drop to the next parking lot I would have left. So we finally get to the window after 40 minutes. The milkshake were barely blended and the mozzarella sticks were not at all fresh. They were barely warm, the breading seemed stale. Just all around a really bad experience.
For a place thats supposed to be fast food, they sure were very slow. Not impressed. They were out of stock on certain items. There was only one person bringing out the orders because customers were not allowed to go inside at all. Had to place order from the parkinglot.
When we ordered onlind for pick up, we had to wait almost an hour for our food. They were extremely understaffed. This is not the staff of this shifts fault. Sonic needs to do a better job of making sure it's staffed. Now I get that there is a shortage of people who want to work, but an hour for a mobile pick up is ridiculous. Our food was extremely lack-luster at the very best description. We will never be eating at Sonic again.
Waited in line for 20+ minutes. The order was wrong. Got a cheeseburger kids meal. My kid opened it and it was chicken. When I brought the sandwich back the lady didn't seem surprised at all. She handed me a different sandwich and asked me to check to make sure it was a cheeseburger. Don't come here for food, only drinks.
Most nasty place I ever seen and bought food to just throw out. Very run down. Horrible management. Floors were so sticky and nasty when going into the facility to complain. I would never recommend anyone to eat at this place. I seen the dirtiest conditions when going in to make a complaint. 12 min wait time in the drive through just for them to forget part of my nasty order. I can’t believe this place even passes health inspections. I can’t believe how this place even still has doors opened. I wish I could give negative stars. They don’t even deserve a one star in my eyes
This place is OPEN!!??I wouldn't know.Went up to a menu board and pushed the button. Employee comes out from inside, delivers food to a car at the "curb" just to my left.. The guy has to see me. I see movement inside. A girl walks out, obviously done working I'm thinking. Still waiting. Red light is blinking..... several minutes later still no response. Push button again. Still no answer. Bye bye sonic. No wonder it's a ghost town. Maybe they don't serve food anymore?? ?Thankfully other choices close by
Stopped for a quick bite and figured out what I wanted to order and pushed the button. Immediately I was told, 'please go thru the drive thru instead, I am on break'.. So okay, I get it, could've been a little nicer about it but its fine, I went through the drive thru. Next, the lady at the window says my card isn't working, which I've never had a problem.. her voice sounded like the same on the voice-over button.. And I think she just didn't want to serve my food on her break, because my card worked at the McDonalds right next door & at a nearby gas station.. Funny?
Horrible, messed my order up, told us to pull up in the handicapped spot gave another car our order, waited 20 minutes for a shake had to go through the drive thru, just a complete joke for going to sonic just to waste my money not to mention I asked for a number 3 no lettuce I got a number 4 instead and also still came with lettuce, I asked for a cheeseburger only ketchup and they gave me a cheeseburger with barbecue sauce on it. Completely not happy.
