The only place I order wings from period
In person service is remarkable even at noon. THE DELIVERIES ARE FRESH, HOT, AND FAST. If not its worth the wait.
I placed an order on Grubhub before they stopped taking orders. I was notified via Grubhub that my order was on the way to be delivered and never received it without getting any word from this place that my order would not be arriving due to being closed. I am beyond upset. I’m usually very happy with the service and level of communication I get between this place and myself but tonight I find myself not wanting to order from here again.
Order from these boys, their awesome, believe me, just do it you won't regret it!!!
We ordered from Sabatino’s at 830 pm. It was finally delivered at 10:30 pm. The driver didn’t even knock on my door instead she called and texted my cell phone for 5 minutes straight. Then had the audacity to ask if it was paid for, which it was. Come to find out the pizza was covered in peppers when the order ticket on the pizza clearly says pepperoni. The pizza also was like chewing cardboard. They are generally a decent place to eat. But this is pathetic.
Love their food. The sassy sauce is a must try.
First time customer and I experienced horrible service. The food arrived two hours after ordering and it looked like it had sat out over night. When calling to get a refund or an exchange on the order I was placed on hold constantly, after finally getting through to someone I was told a driver would come get the food and immediately hung up on. When calling back to find out where the driver was to come pick back up the food that they had dropped off I was repeatedly hung up on. Horrible service horrible food. Will never be eating there again.
I ordered a pizza and it took them 2 1/2 hours to deliver and when I got the pizza it was the wrong order. I called so they can fix the order, they told me they would send me the right pizza and take the I have back. After waiting over two hours for my food I wasn’t going to wait another 2 hours to send me the right pizza, they told me they would deliver in a hour and the pizza never showed I called them back and the phone kept ringing. I believe they were avoiding my calls.The pizza I had was decent enough but the Fried Clams were over cooked and the Mac & Cheese bits were gross
Got food poisoning after giving a 10 dollar tip to the driver for taking a hour and 20 minutes ?? My fault basically but yeah no bueno never again ????
Been eating pizza and wings from here since I was kid brought my husband for the first time for pizza and wings and he's in love now as well !
