Customer service sucks. Blatantly said they were too busy to fix our issue ABOSLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Breakfast items were either made from powder or frozen. The side of ham was the thinnest, sliced lunch meat I have ever seen. You could almost see through it. The pancakes were flavorless and definitely from a cheap powder mix. Luckily the bartender was very friendly and attentive. It obviously wasn't her fault the food was so, well, not good. Mcdonald's serves a better breakfast, seriously.

I came here With my mother and father just to eat a good meal here. But the server was very rude and gave us the face, the face when siblings give each other. We were seated in the corner and as soon as I sat down there was a dead mouse under the table. It was very disturbing. The food had a piece of hair in it and the food was very juicy witch in my option, wasn't very good. When we were ready to leave, the front smelled very bad and had dead roaches outside. The bathrooms were very disgusting it had jelly goo in the bathroom stalls and unflushed toilet..

Great food. Professional service. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

A Rude hostess. A nice waitress and wait staff even though gave incorrect info on specials and brought out wrong items to several guests a couple of times. Irma was early and not busy. Nothing special here....

It's a fun atmosphere, with an excellent variety of local IPA's and beers, great selection of wine. You can sit inside or outside, weather permitting, which is great if you want to bring your bestest canine buddy out to dinner! You order at a counter, self help with utensils, and pick your seat. They bring your food to you.

Very delicious meals. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, even towels folded into pretty shapes. Absolutely beautiful hotel as well.

We went to the Brunch with the Grinch event and it was very nicely done. There was adequate space and nice goodies including hot cocoa bar, gift bag for the kids and photos with the Grinch. The buffet brunch was fresh and tasty with nice kid-friendly choices like chicken fingers and smile fries. The staff was attentive and the details, such as the chimney elevator were great. A wonderful event that I’d recommend to anyone.

went for lunch during parents weekend. We had made a reservation on Open Table for noon but when we got there the restaurant was empty and we were told they were switching over from breakfast to lunch. OK. They sat us anyway and were kind enough to offer us a breakfast and lunch/dinner menu. We were the only ones in the restaurant and the server was very nice to us considering it was pretty obvious that she wanted to end her shift. We were then told that the restaurant was cleaning up for dinner so we suspect there was really no lunch service. Anyway, she was very kind to us, did not really rush us, and the food was perfectly fine. It was just a bit of a weird Sunday lunch.

Excellent hotel friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Located close to concert venues free Shuttle to one center
