I went there for mothers day it was amazing, took my mom, grandmother, my kids everything was perfect. I went there just last week and it was nothing close to great. Oil was old, and the kids menu was a joke. I paid 8.99 for a stick of shrimp that had no side I had to share my soup, and pasta .
I had a new server and she was pleasant just needs some tweeking. Food was great. The hostess kept leaving the stand though and guests would have to get the bartenders attention for help. Also a little too many side bar conversations.
The waitress was sure she was more intelligent than the 3 of us, a B.S., an M.S. and a PhD.She didn't try to hide her disgust at having to lower herself to waste her time on us.I still can't believe we gave her a generous tip.The manager is top notch. On a scale of 1 to 100, she was a 0.I worked for this Red Lobster in the 1980s and if I had exhibited her attitude at that time I would have been fired on the spot.
Stopped in on Monday night for dinner. Food was what we expected, the Ultimate Feast had a great variety. I would come back just for our server, Brooke. She did an amazing job being timely, personable, and kind. 10/10 service.
It was good but need more selections since I'm not into seafood. They removed my chicken with cherry glaze from the menu. I won't go unless appetizer/dessert.
I had the special which was a braised flounder with a delicious creamy seafood sauce. My 2 choice sides were salad and fries. My friend ordered the shrimp skewers. Her 2 choice sides were broccoli and rice. Plenty of food and our waiter was attentive but didn't hover. We were not rushed to leave which was nice. Bathrooms were clean but super hot, like the heater was on extra blast.
Party of 6. We were seated fairly quickly. Rest was very slow. Orders were messed up. Took forever for our drinks. We overheard other patrons complaining about the service and their orders. Really disappointed ?
My wife and went here for lunch this past Sunday about 12:30 p.m., the place was practically empty and we still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. My wife ordered a chicken Caesar salad, and I ordered a shrimp Caesar salad. The lettuce was old and wilted and there were only 6 medium sized shrimp for almost $13.00. We were very disappointed, and this will be the last time we ever go to Red Lobster. We told the waitress, but she never made any attempt to get the manager to fix the problem.
Horrible went there on a Saturday at 2:30 pm. Lucky if 10 cars in the parking lot after a Syracuse basketball game. Told us a 30 minute wait for a table. There was so many empty tables it was crazy. Lucky if they had 15 customers. They wonder why they will end up closing. Because of service.
the plenty of seating areas, the friendly staff
