Love it… we spent couple of days in Syracuse, NY; and curiosity brought me to have lunch at Rai’s Dough; what a great place for breakfast and lunch; definitely, things taste completely different and amazing tasty when the same owner prepares every single plate. Got breakfast wasn't good, expensive, and small. Ordered Canadian bacon on side got charged for a whole sandwich that I didn't want. Ordered a latte took 15 minutes when they were empty. It was weaker than tea, then ordered coffee after also weaker than tea. Pastrys looked good was going to get some at the end but after my experience I didn't want to give them another penny.
amazing burgers, and amazing cookies. Love this place. The quality of the meat for the burgers are top tier. They offer grub hub which is great for me when I don't bring a lunch to work. The erie canal burger, is my top choice and green smoothie.
We were on the road and we happened to find this hidden jewel. The woman was super lovely, the place is really magical. And the cookies, they are truly the best!!!
Do NoT walk past this Gem! Extremely pleasant Westcott locals run fun, beautiful and fresh operation. The bakery was delicious and the food taste was only rivaled by the amazing presentation and wholesome ingredients. The experience of this highly trained Chef is such a blessing to this area . I pray the Lord keeps you here for generations.

I chose to go here because I received an awesome cookie from here from a friend. So I went to order some of those cookies and price really wasn't any issue (as I said cookies were awesome). While I was there I also decided to order a pie to bring to Christmas dinner. I had looked at the menu they have on the web and seen a banana cream pie that looked great before I went there. So I ordered a banana cream pie with coconut. The pie I received looked nothing like the picture I seen. But I figured oh well as long as its good who cares. So I also picked up the cookies and pie at same time. I brought pie home and put directly in fridge because I was told it would need to sit for 4 hours. I did not take pie out till Christmas day and that was a Saturday and I picked up these things on a Thursday. My cookies did not taste like the ones I originally went there to get but they were still good so had no big complaint about them. The pie on the other hand that cost me $25 was a problem. I pulled pie out for a dessert hyping it and the bakery I got it from up. So mostly everyone wanted a piece. Then I cut a piece and the filling was runny and would just run off the crust. Well everyone passed on the pie. I let owners know about this and never got any response as if they didn't care or didn't believe me. First picture is what my pie should of looked like and second is what it looked like after I cut a piece out.
So glad we stopped by here! Rai's has great service and delicious food. They take their own approach to just about everything and that's what makes it so good. This breakfast was a good amount of spicy and flavorful. Mix the chorizo, eggs and hash browns in one bite and you have mastery. Thanks!! We'll be back to keep supporting.
I highly recommend the burger here! Extremely flavorful. The staff was very welcoming, almost like family. Very nice experience!
