Excellent service and food as usual! I come here regularly, because the food is fresh and prepared right in front of you. I have never had a bad meal and recommend it to everyone! The staff are always friendly and welcoming! You can’t go wrong!

Pronto Fresh is amazing!! Ordered last minute lunch for my job and asked for specific delivery time, they got here before expected delivery time with even being across town. Food was VERY fresh and tasty! The owners are lovely and sweet! They even called back to make sure everything was well! I highly recommend.
Owners Francesc and Luciana go above and beyond for their customers. We are really thankful that our downtown community here in Syracuse produces such great food! I work at a car dealership on one of the main drags downtown and Francesc will always deliver to us super fast! I do know that COVID has hit them fairly hard and their sales are taking a hit. This was brought in for us at work today. The delivery driver( I think was the owner ) Was so kind. The food was also fresh and delicious! I had not heard about this place until today but will definitely be dining here very soon!
