Went in for my friends birthday to have drinks at the bar, and grab food. We got to the bar and i ordered a blood orange margarita and once the bartender with the purple hair served me, i tasted it and it was gross. My friend tried it and told me it was definitely not blood orange. We handed it to a passing by server and she said it was grapefruit. I literally cannot have grapefruit juice with my medications, and that bartender never came back. Food was good though.
First time visitors to PressRoom and were not disappointed. The new owners have really created a welcoming environment. The beers were great, the food was fantastic, and the service (Kaylee) was exceptional. See pictures for everything we tried. We enjoy sampling local beers while trying menu items, but PressRoom does not offer flights. Other than that, our visit was stellar. Highly recommended.
The food was good. I wasn't too thrilled with the bartender. He did the same pour count for a double mixed drink as a single. The problem is I paid an extra $8/ drink for a double. It was a slow night, so I'm assuming he was new
The chicken reggie's we're excellent . Everything our party ordered looked great. Definitely going to go back ! Glad I took my dad there for his birthday present.
Fun trivia on Monday night, Spicy BBQ wings were great! They made us nachos even though they weren't on the menu. Huge TVs and a lot of them, would be a great place to catch a game. Only complaint is that its a little bright in there.
Went into bar & ordered take-out3 Sliders, Cajun fries & Kailua piePaid while waitingI was told after 15 minutes, they had not charged me for the dessert. Not a big deal because I wouldn’t want to rip them off, so I gave them my card & paid for the dessert. I then was told 10!minutes later, they were out of the dessert I ordered!! No problem, I will have something else.Got my order and went home. Opened up the order. 2 sliders, not 3! Regular fries, not Cajun!!! They could not have screwed this up anymore if they went out of their way to do it.
Our group was there on a Tuesday night. There's a great selection of beers on tap. Our group tried 3 flavors of wings and they were great. Brian, the new owner, came over a couple times to make sure everything was OK and it was. Our group will be returning, bringing more friends with us.
My buddy and I went the the Pressroom Pub for a lunch on Friday. New management which explains the great service and food. We each had a wrap (buffalo chicken & philly cheesesteak) and we each shared 1/2. The food was good, nice beer selection, super high res tvs on the wall. Overall a nice experience. The manager came by to make sure we were happy. He was helping with the delivery of food to a large party. Glad that the Pressroom Pub is somewhere we can go for a good meal and cold beer!!
First, the sweet potato fries with the maple dipping sauce are AMAZING! If you don’t get these, you are seriously missing out! The Buffacuse sauce for wings is also super yum! Lots of TVs so this is a great place to watch a game. The limited menu is great but they are working on expanding it since they just reopened (new owner is awesome and has made some nice changes to the space). They have a nice selection of beer on tap, skilled mixologists on staff, and attentive waitstaff. We will definitely visit again when we are back in the area!
Food, drinks, atmosphere, beverages & staff SPOT ON LAST NIGHT!! Very clean, organized & will definitely be back. Can't wait to see the full menu & summer events this bar has to offer!! Great place!!
