I just wanted to thank the Popeyes manager Luis on Erie Blvd in Syracuse, NY for his ability to role model and demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and customer service. There was a mix up wirh my food, and without any hesitation or attitude, Luis tremained composed and took care of the issue. Thank you Luis.
I purchased the classic chicken sandwich which I have always liked. But at this location it was extremely greasy and soggy. The bun was also saturated with grease. Unable to est sandwich.
Everytime I come to this location the food is NEVERRRR FRESH.
Great folks working at this location, polite and fast. But... while I understand the chicken is fried, it is often too greasy for me to enjoy.
The place was dirty and we walked out without even ordering. One of the workers was outside rolling up a blunt, never going back there, needless to say. Extremely unprofessional!
Bought for fiancee who was very pleased with the food taste but portions were small. Service was adequate butnot very friendly. Prices were a little hight for what you get
Fries were frozen. Not “really cold”, actually frozen. Chicken was cold too. Disgusting food. Tried calling and the phone number listed on the website goes to a cell phone that is disconnected.
The gravy was way too spicy to eat! I love the way it usually tastes, but it seem they messed it up this time.
The best fast food chicken out there! Drive thru service was reasonably quick and staff was friendly and accurate.
Went there with my boyfriend on our lunch breaks since we work around the corner from each other. Decided to go inside since there was a line out to the Blvd. The cashier was not only training a new girl but after taking orders, she had to fulfill them herself. I order a nugget meal and the fries and biscuit was thrown in a bag and nuggets in a box. Why not just put it all in one box? We waited about 15mins for our food, needless to say we both were late back to work. There were multiple customers coming in from the drive-thru that had been waiting longer than us. I understand staffing is short everywhere but you should definitely know how to delegate. I was a manager in fast food before with short staff and we definitely wouldn't have customers waiting for 15mins+ for cold fries, hard nuggets and tenders. Management here needs training themselves.
