I've been wanting to try this style of tacos for a while now. Ive been looking for places but I had no luck. One of my friends told me about this and she took me to Ponchito's to finally try this. Well I have to say I wasnt disappointed. These are so delicious. The only thing I would say it's a tad bit on the spicy side for me. This is preference for me not a big spicy person wished they had a version that wasnt so spicy so I could enjoy the consume. Besides this. The tacos was worth the wait and now my favorite thing to order on Tuesdays. Definitely give this place a try.
Me and my daughter enjoyed Ponchitos! Always wanted to try it and glad I did. I ordered the shrimp burrito And smothered steak nachos. My daughter had the ground beef queso and we definitely enjoyed it. the price was just amazing. Def will be trying again!
My first time ordering from here. It was very delicious! Birrias were hearty and flavorful. I usually only like mine and my best friend’s when we make them, but really enjoyed these! Consommé was spicy just how I like it!
12/22/2021 I ordered 2 ground beef tacos, 1 ground beef burrito, and an iced tea. It was delivered quickly from the Fayette Street location and the food was EXCELLENT!! The 2 tacos were so stuffed, I ate them with a fork. I was so full after those that I ended up saving the burrito for dinner tonight!! Can't wait to dig into it later!!!!
Whenever me and my cousin Joe are in the area doing heating or air conditioning, we always make it a point to stop and eat at the best Mexican food joint around!!
Finding an affordable, quick, delicious, light lunch that isn't fast food is hard. Just wanted a quick bite and Ponchito's s the bill. Two delicious tacos and a table. The restaurant is clean and the staff friendly. Excellent value. Will be back.
Incredibly Delicious. We came in just when they opened but everything was hot & delicious. Every menu item was better than imagined and I have a vivid imagination
Service was phenomenal! Flavorful, filling food! Large menu with plenty of options! Very clean open floor space for the restaurant location! Good atmosphere that perfectly fits thr family owned and operated restaurant! Will definitely be coming back and bringing friends and family!
Luv the place, the people are fantastic and we enjoy their food at least once a week, huge portions of the freshest food and put together your own way. I use this place as a standard for Mexican food, seriously! ????
My sister and I went there to pick up dinner tonight and it was awful. Great customer service, order was correct but the food was a whole other story. Plantains burnt to a crisp, beans taste like they were just poured from a can with nothing added. Lastly the Quesadilla was flavorless. So disappointing. Won't be back.
