My friend and I had a very nice lunch. The food was good and while the place was moderately busy we didnât feel rushed. I really enjoy Phoebeâs, but parking is a nightmare! It bothers me that I have to pay $6 to park my car just so I can have lunch! My friend actually found free street parking, but it was 4 blocks away!!

One of the best restaurants in Syracuse! Everything is delicious and the atmosphere is so bright, especially on a sunny day. The cheese plate appetizer is outstanding

Always a great place to eat with delicious meals served regularly. Our waitress was very accommodating and pleasant. The soups, salads, and entrees of salmon and creole shrimp as well as the pasta special were delightful.
