Gluten free pizza is mids but only bc the crust is premade. My bf thoroughly enjoyed his gramma slice and Detroit style!
I want to start out by saying I've actually never left a review for anything, this is my first one. I order from Peppino's on a semi- regular basis and typically have no complaints. They usually get my order right, the food is good, they deliver on time and even early sometimes which is great! The person that answers the phone is usually very friendly. That being said today I ordered over the phone and the woman that answered and took my order left a bit to be desired. She took my order without a problem and my order was even delivered early however I had asked for no onions in my wrap and it had big chunks of onion in it. I also ordered fried dough and I received fried Oreos instead. When I called the restaurant to let them know she answered and told me that's what I ordered. I said actually no it's not, I've never ordered fried Oreos, I always order the fried dough to which she replied well maybe you misspoke. First of all I know I did not misspeak, second your job is to apologize to the customer and make it right which she made no attempt to do. All in all the food was good and the Oreos were actually pretty yummy but that wasn't the point. My point is that particular woman needs to practice better customer service in my opinion. I will order from Peppino's again though, hopefully someone else answers the phone.
The 2 in fact I would have given them 5 stars for the Risotto balls which were amazing and had that been all I ordered. BUT the calzone was ALL bread and very little Ricotta and cheese. In fact I added a note on the delivery page for a more ricotta cheese and I was willing to pay more. It was like I ordered bread with a little cheese. It was disappointing at best especially as you charged me $10.00.
So many ready made pizzas. The cheese steak, barbecue, chicken bacon ranch and meatball slices are my favorites. Everything down to a plain cheese slice is amazing. Desserts too.
This is the best pie in Syracuse. It's buried on Grant Blvd with bad parking but worth the travel or phone call or doordash.
PS2 is a good pizza, just didn't have sauce
This is our go-to pizza place since moving to Syracuse. We love the Sicilian and chicken bacon ranch. Be aware they cut the regular pizza not in triangles but strips, but we call and ask for the regular cut and they will do so. Wish the prices were a little bit cheaper but we love the taste and quality. Usually spend over $50 for 2 large specialty pizzas.

I ordered a pizza at 4:30pm told It would take an hour called pizza shop and told they stopped making pizza and ordered a 2 liter of soda and after 2 and half hours later and brought a 16 ounce soda and cold pizza. We will never order from pepi's again and I would advise others to do the same if you want warm good food
The traditional and veggie Stromboli’s were excellent. Great aroma and flavor. Staff was very friendly. Definitely would order take out from here again!
