My husband and I went there today on a whim and let me tell you it DID NOT DISAPPOINT. FROM THE STAFF TO THE FOOD EVERYTHING PERFECT !! WE are restaurant owners and love to find hidden gems and this one is one of the best so far. The bread is delicious and the sandwiches just melt in your mouth. The brisket is one of the best we have had!! Very very good thank you for a great meal!!
My Sandwich was delicious, enormous and turned into two meals. The Fudge was a very pleasant surprise and a lovely to ken of your establishment s appreciation.It was a longer wait then expected, but worth the wait. All other orders in our purchase were just as good. Peach Tree salad with added grilled chicken w/ dressing on the side, Brisket sandwich, roast beef , sandwich & Club Sandwich.
I came here after some shopping with my friend, it was time for lunch and a sandwich sounded great. I looked over the menu and really wanted The Brisket. But when I ordered I totally read off The Roast Beef, how silly of me. I love that I can get these sandwiches without bread! I wasn't disappointed at all the I had ordered the wrong sandwich, what I got was delicious! The taste was fresh, and I was going to add a picture of the sandwich in this review, but I ate it too fast! Next time I come by I am going to try The Brisket.
As someone who's had a lot of legit southern food I'd been yearning for somewhere like this in Syracuse for so long. As soon as I walked in and saw the Dukes Mayonnaise on the shelf I knew this was the spot. The fried chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The brisket was to die for. Sauces are phenomenal. They're very generous with their portions. And the staff is just so lovely.This is definitely going to be a regular spot for me.
Everything was delicious! I got the brisket sandwich (without the jalapeños), it was the best brisket I have ever had. My husband had the club, he said it was really good and he would definitely get it again. My 9 year old got a grilled cheese, loved it. The portions are big, the fries are amazing, the people that work there are so friendly, so nice. Definitely going here again. Soon!
Great sandwich and made quickly! It’s a tad pricy for lunch but the food quality is more like a restaurant than a sandwich shop. I’d like to try a few other options but I’d recommend the beef. It didn’t make it out of the parking lot.
It was my first time today. Their brisket is PHENOMENAL! Melts in your mouth, similar quality to Dino BBQ. They make so much food (like their focaccia bread, house roasted turkey, burgers, and bacon) in house - I was impressed by the freshness! Amazing service and so friendly, made my day :)
