First time at Pastabilities in many years. Thank you for the new reservation system! It truly felt like the first time again and then didn't disappoint. All the food was cooked to perfection, the flavors were bursting with every sip and bite we had. From the famous stretch bread and spicy hot tomato oil, the Pineapple Rhubarb Sangria, the Harissa glazed cauliflower and carrots, the seasonal springtime salad with grilled chicken and the Hot vodka sausage Lasagna. Not a single complaint to be had during this visit. We did get to sit outside, service was fast and the servers were kind. I do for myself wonder about the dark and loud ambience of the inside may not be for everyone but I'll need to sit inside to truly gauge what it's like. I encourage using the reservation system as this place fills up fast and they were up to an hour wait on a Wednesday. Go and enjoy!
Wow! The hype, the food and the atmosphere created by the staff ?! Yes, came because of Guy Fieri! But damn the food was good! Had the calamari 8/10, house bread 8/10, the flat bread pizza 9/10 (my fav dish), mezcal drink 7/10 and the Thai chicken 7/10. The price 8/10. Pricey but so worth it. Definitely will return and have no problem given it my seal of approval #fatboyapproved #gorditoapproved
My wife and I got to pastabilities right at 4:00 and we're seated right away with no problem and no reservations. We ordered pasta and chicken riggies with bread and hot oil sauce as an appetizer. The staff was very polite. The food was amazing. Portions the portion sizes were perfect I didn't leave feeling too full but I definitely wasn't hungry either.
Over rated. Drinks are watered down. I ordered the pork chop, it came out look warm and bland. Five of us, three did not care for dishes, Truly terrible.

Arrived at 520pm on a Thursday and there was a 1.5 hour wait so we ate at the bar. Both bartenders were both attentive and efficient. They were knowledgeable about the wide variety of foods and their drinks. They swore by the greatness of the bread and unique spicy tomato sauce and it didn't disappoint. Food was delicious and large enough portions to share. We had no room for dessert but the group to our left swore it was great. To sum it up: Great service, Great food, Great ambiance. Will definitely go back!
We had a large carry out order. We ordered well in advance. Everything was ready for us at our pick up time. However, two meals were missing and three meals were incorrect. The food was well received by our group; however those with missing meals and incorrect food had no desire to wait to have it corrected.
