We just had 2 steak sandwiches and 1 chicken salad sandwich and all 3 looked like they were put together by a toddler! The steak sandwiches had all the meat plopped in the middle of the roll so half the sandwich had meat and the other half was all bread. After re-arraigning the meat, I realized the meat was probably for a half sandwich, not the whole sandwiches we ordered.The chicken salad sandwich was also a mess with an incredibly small portion of chicken salad plopped in a corner of the bread so there was one bite of salad and the rest was all bread.For the prices charged, we couldn’t have been more dissatisfied!Needless to say we were all very disappointed and will never go to this location again.
My girlfriend ordered a plain bagel uncut and untoasted. This is because a nut allergy makes it dangerous for shared equipment like a knife to be used on the bagel.So naturally she gets a cut and toasted bagel that now has to be thrown in the trash. In fact, the only thing that wasn't cooked was the bacon on my breakfast sandwich. Absolutely terrible.
We were from out of town and stopped a long the way! The staff was so friendly and the food was delicious!
Staff was pleasant, location was clean and my salad was ready in no time!
When does it stop? Greedy companies like Panera increase the prices to consumers and decrease the amount we get. I’m this example I purchased two grain bowls (totaling $28) and the amount of food was lessened by almost 1/4?!
if you don't want to be nice checking people out then find a new job. acting like I am an inconvenience to your down time is not good customer service. I was only person in line and you took 2 min to come over, then fairly rude. if your having a bad day find a new job where you don't interact with the consumer.
Did an online pickup order. The food was done on time. The soup kept hot until eaten (so key!) and the salads & sandwiches were as ordered. The sides were correct as well, which was appreciated. Appreciate being able to grab and go with food we all liked.

Food wasn't even good ? for the 1 sandwich, they only gave ½,which we didn't notice till we left.
Friendly neighborhood stop for coffee and a comfortable place to work or visit. Food is imaginative for a chain and no one is in a hurry for you to leave. Pastry!
