They are the best in the town always nice and accommodating, they treat me like family
Just when you think there's no need to check a takeout order, you're reminded that your hunches aren't always right.As this location was in its closing-for-the-day phase, I stood near the takeout area to wait for my food. One employee was scooping a cup into a large soup container and then pouring the contents into his mouth. Another employee was speaking of the easy dinner she'd have at home as she gathered leftover food and bagged that for what seemed to be for herself. The third employee was quickly throwing my order together and preparing it for me. Although I couldn't see everything she did, I assumed she was fulfilling my order. I spent a hard-earned $20 to enjoy food during a long bus ride. Imagine my disappointment when I discovered that I was only given a half of the whole sandwich I ordered, only a half of a tiny container of Caesar dressing, and 2 or 3 salad croutons that tasted as if they were a week old. In the future, I plan to return to my past habit of budgeting 5 extra minutes of my personal time in order to check the accuracy of my purchase. It's a shame one must do that.
Fast and accurate for pick-up orders. Cafe is always clean and staff is generally pleasant to interact with. Management seems on top of things!
I find sides to be lacking, What if I don't like apple chips and why would I want a French baguette as a side for my sandwich? Did I mention I'm still hungry?

Ordered 3 chai's from Panera to go and when I opened them there was almost half the chai missing from at least 2 of them. Do better. If I wanted 3 chai's half full I'd order that, someone was purely lazy and it's too late to go back and get refunded or fix this. It's not that big a deal but when someone orders something they expect to get what they ordered. minus that the chai's are good, filled the missing part with milk
Food was great, delivery was on time, management needs to be taught how to navigate the website to better assist customers rather than "I've never done that so I don't know"
It was a very stressful day to start with. Decided to order from Panera with delivery. I knew the food would be delicious as it always is. However, the order was only partially filled. Spent $84 to only get half the order and no utensils. We had to drink our soup and eat our salads with our fingers! Come on Panera Bread seriously!??!
Stopped in for a quick bite with family. Did a take out order. No issues with the food, it was delicious. A little slow getting the food ready, but not a huge issue since we weren’t in a rush. Will return here.
Service is a were low.They give me couple times wrong item and never fix it in a good quality ? Salad was also in a very bad quality. With rotten leaves.I ordered 10 pack of chips And I'm not counted because we eat but when I came home It is only 8 of them.
