This location is very disappointing. I ordered an Orange Chicken w/ Fried Rice and was delivered someone else's order completely. I used a 3rd party application and they refused to assist me with help despite the error being Kristen's and Jessica's team fault. I believe taking allergies and food seriously is most important when customers are spending time over 30 dollars. It was very disappointing to experience such disgust, lazy, and inconsiderate treatment for an error they made. Take a look at the photo to see they placed the wrong food in my bag and attempted to blame the driver. I was also disappointed to not have received an apology.

Inside dining, ordered beef and rice and chicken and lomein, Then shared. Wonderful

Zach our waiter went above & beyond!! He found out the it was my son graduation that he just got graduated. Most of the restaurants is fully booked but what a lovely surprise from PF Chang in Syracuse. Zach surprised my son with this special bottle candle that lights up sparkly & chocolate cake with ice cream. Zach is attentive and the best waiter that any restaurant can have.

We took our Mom for a late Mother’s Day lunch out. She loved it. Thank you

Staff celebration on Mother's Day. Hard to find a place that was open and not at capacity, but this worked. Food was good, service was better.

I was there a couple days ago with my wife. We ordered Mongolian beef and Peking Duck. Mongolian beef was 10 out 10, was super delicious. Peking duck was very good too but too pricy for its taste. Long story short it is definitely recommended place to go. But some of the meals are unnecessary too pricy.

What a horrible visit. From the moment we came in, until the moment we left an hour and forty-five minutes later, it was awful. Things that happened while on this visit: Dirty dishes. We were brought our tea with dirty cups. very dirty, not like a little spot. The waitress took our appetizer order. She then took our food order. about 30 minutes later, nothing had come to the table yet. Finally, the appetizer arrived. She assured us our food was "on the way". She refilled our water, and in doing so spilled one all over the table and down my leg. She said she would be right back to clean up the spill but did not return. thirty more minutes go by, and she comes over with egg drop soup, which we did not order, and says "I'm so sorry. They are rushing your order right now." fifteen minutes later, she brings the food (we ordered the honey crispy chicken and the honey crispy shrimp). What she delivered was kung pao dishes. I asked what it was and reminded her what we ordered, and she said she would have them make us the right dishes, but at this time I said no, we would eat what she brought. At no time did a manager, or anyone check in with us. She did have the entrees removed from the bill, without me asking, but the trip was two hours, I left feeling awful about the experience, and with a still damp lag and shoe. awful.

I went for lunch menu. Amount of food was slightly small compared to other restaurants, but it was good for me. Food was nice, and I will try other menu next time

Looks good inside and smelled great. The greeter was super nice but the bartender was not much help and didn't really pay attention. Not to much of a fan or the QR code scanning to get to the menu, to much work. I ended up not ordering anything due to the fact that they only had 3 options of sushi.

We went with our children ages 6 and 10. They loved it and so did we. Food was delicious and service was friendly and efficient.
