We never have a problem with oip, we usually LOVE their food but tonight we got a large sweaty pie that was so sloppy and cheese slid all over the table was on its side, it is barely cut and super soggy. There was zero flavor or spice. We also got 20 medium char grilled wings that were plain. Had zero spice or flavor. Seriously disappointed especially for paying over $50…we ordered from mattydale
put an online order at 4:30 delivery time 530. got email sayingmit left the store at 5:11, over an hour waiting still no food showed so I called store (Manlius NY) they said it's on way, I said it's been in the car for over an hour and manager said that it's ok they are busy. finally get ot delivered and it's barely warm. No compensation nothing. I'm pissed
I love OIP. Mostly for their chat grilled wings. Their prices have always been higher but still I pay it every now and then just to have the wings. However, tonight I am not happy. I ordered two large pizzas and 20 char grilled wings. The price was almost $70 bucks because they don't do deals due to a chicken wing shortage which is funny because every other pizza place is still doing deals. Regardless.... I picked it up and when I got home 10 out of the 20 wings I got were completely inedible hard pieces of burnt rock. For the price that they charge we should at least get quality chicken.
Pizza was gross and way over priced for there wings staff very rude never aging will we order
⚠️ WARNING!!! Placed my order for a specific time so I would be home. The delivery driver came early, and since it was so cold outside asked my 14 year old daughter if it was OKAY to wait INSIDE THE HOUSE while trying to step inside. Uhhh what?!? I called OIP to let them know. No apologizes, no explanations, rude staff and the manager couldn’t even get in the phone.
They always make it the way I like, a little on the pricey side. But the food so good i don't even mind.
This place gets one star for telling me a different price that I actually got charged for. Rude people and one pizza cost 32 dollars? Are you kidding me? Place in Mattydale NY is a complete joke with the complete joke of a staff! I won’t ever be ordering pizza from this dump again and will be spreading the word!
We ordered two chicken bacon ranch pizzas . Both were delicious. Both were ready for pick up at the time we were told. Kids and all the adults ate up both pizzas ..needless to say our go to place for Chicken bacon ranch pizza.On another note , I currently moved to Mattydale , have tried applying with over five years experience. Put a new face / happy, energetic,face for the community, business , everytime I try to make an account to apply the system crashes / shuts down. I've called and left my name and number . Its been a few days , still can not get online to apply .
We got hot subs on a road trip. One would have been plenty for 2 people, these are HUGE! Loved the marinara. The chicken parm sub used breaded chicken tenders, which was okay. We were traveling with our cat, and the staff was happy to accommodate our request for an order of turkey deli meat to feed him at a very reasonable price.
I because I was ordering a divided pizza, I reviewed it 3 times with the girl taking my order. When I picked it up, you guessed it, it was wrong. They seemed put out that I was unwilling to just take the one they made. There were no apologies, in fact they were rather rude. The pizza was great but the service poor.
