I just had the most AMAZING sandwich! I have been not-so-patiently waiting for some place NEW & DIFFERENT to come to downtown Syracusw for lunch and I finally found it! Will definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I are obsessed with OG! The food is phenomenal, we pretty much eat here weekly. We never have to wait long for our food whether it be take out or dining in. The staff is wonderful and the vibes are the best. I also love that they sell their sauces to go, so I can get my favorites at home too!
Very good smoothie bowl. Cool atmosphere. I just wish the fruit they put on it wasn’t frozen due to sensitive teeth but that’s just a personal preference. One of the good healthy places to eat!
If you haven’t tried this place, then you must! They have breakfast and lunch options which are fantastic. There’s coffee, smoothies, smoothie bowls, sandwiches, toasts, salads, etc.A healthy twist with really good flavors. Service is quick. There is dine-in as well as grub hub or Uber eats for delivery. Only flaw is they are closed on Sundays. Street parking, no parking lot.
We got some take out on a Thursday at 1130am. I ordered the go go gyro, it was so so good. My bride ordered the Mediterranean and she loved it.Service was friendly with a smile. Ordering was simple.The place looked very clean and decorated nicely.The parking is on the street and it is metered.I am looking forward to trying other items on the menu. 10 out of 10.
A nice little place. Vibe was cool and I liked the old casette tapes used as hanging accents. We only had the macha jeffe but it was delicious on a cold December day as we walked around downtown to look at holiday lights.

I am speaking purely from pick up experience, not delivery, although it’s a beautiful, bright, spacious, and clean restaurant with dine-in options so I imagine that would be excellent as well.Every smoothie, sandwich, and bowl that I have tried from original grain has been absolutely amazing and SO fresh! I am now hooked! The sandwiches and bowls in particular are SO densely packed with high quality fresh ingredients, and SO many of them! Each bite is a burst of flavor in your mouth! They really pack so much into these sandwiches and bowls.They looked deceptively small to me but the bowls lasted me three meals and the sandwiches two meals (one half kept me full), especially after a free side of their warm amazing variety of soups I got as a free side for getting a smoothie and sandwich combo.Very highly recommend if you love very healthy and tasty takes on some classic favorites like BLT, kung pao (kung POW!) chicken, Tex-mex, chicken bacon ranch, etc. You will come away feeling so much better without any gut or stomach problems and they taste even more delicious than their unhealthy traditional greasy origins.I am beyond shocked that they only have one location in Rochester and one in Syracuse. Original Grain should at the very least be a state- wide chain by now. Consider that the speed at which the friendly and helpful employees make the food is faster than most garbage fast food places, the prices are only slightly higher, and you’re giving your body love while satisfying food cravings instead of artificial trans fat filled garbage that just makes you feel yucky.Please check this place out!!! They are opened from 8 AM to 8 PM M-F and Saturday, with sandwiches and bowls available after 11 and they are sadly closed Sundays (would be a perfect Sunday brunch spot for dining in!)
