My twelve year old nephew can cook a better dish than the one I was served today. I wasted my time just being there. Just awful and the only thing I received was a "scarastic" like tone apology from my waiter.
Makes us sad to report a poor experience here.Bread was barely warm and tastelessSoup was the sameSalad mostly okLack of sauce on alfredo and was very bland and not nearly as good as normal.Chicken parm is always the thin frozen patties sadly at olive garden, but this one was especially tough and just not good.Complete waste of money! To end on a positive, our waitress was spread thin, but she handled it as well as anyone could and she was extremely nice as well.Won't be back.
The staff were great. Food was kind of bland. The restaurant feels so outdated and needs a refresh. There was a smell, I think it may have been the carpet.
Always love going to olive garden, their food is always so good and the staffs always friendly, big shout out to Richard at the Erie boulevard olive garden for making mine and my fiances experience a really good one, would definitely go back for the seafood Alfredo and him.
The worst Italian restaurant I've Ever been to!! Terrible customer service. The manager is a liar, and the food is microwaved. I will NEVER spend my time or money here.
I enjoyed the Chicken Alfredo it is really good, you get a nice size portion had some left for lunch the next day. Service was great too!!
Okay so I hate having to put one star because I’ve dined in at this location before & everything about it was amazing at that time. But this ToGo order I just got? HORRIBLE, like not even worth one star. So let’s start with my entree, I got the create your own pasta: Gluten Free Rotini, creamy mushroom sauce, chicken fritta on top. The rotini wasn’t gluten free, which sucked because I love the rich yellow color & aldente texture of it. However I don’t have an allergy to gluten so I was disappointed but no harm eating regular pasta, ya know? The chicken fritta was so dry it was like jerky, flavor was great, but couldn’t be anymore dry. Next let’s discuss the soup. I don’t know if they added water to stretch it or the waiter just did as a sick joke but I’ve had chicken gnocchi soup a million times & I know this one was watered down. It literally smelled, looked & tasted like water & had two gnocchi in it. Thank god for the 4 Parmesan packets they gave me because with that I was able to convince myself that it was worth eating 3 bites of it. The breadsticks? Usually they give you two so I was pleasantly surprised to find they gave me 3. HOWEVER, I realized they probably threw the extra one in there because they were stale af lol I mean it’s not funny but it kind of is because what else can go wrong? Right? We’ll hang in there. You know the little chocolate mints they give you? Love those things, but guess what? They were completely melted ? Dude this was hands down the worst to go experience of my life & I will never order take out from this Olive Garden again or even eat there for that matter because the way they treated my order, I’m convinced they hate me. $18 wasted.
Terrific waitress delivered great service. Chicken/shrimp carbonara was good. Salmon was non descript with a head of steamed broccoli. Ordered same soup but it was totally diff with each bowl. Menu shrunk and not the usual variety. Disappointing.
Loved it I love how the waiter treated us so nice it was the best experiment I've ever had and the bread they gave us was sooooooo good loved it I hope olive garden gets very famous one day
Olive Garden was able to get us in right away after the first restaurant we tried had an hour wait. Because we were a large group we were put in a more private area which we enjoyed. Food was excellent. And staff was very friendly. Would definitely return.
